The following day G3 relative visited the hospital and had their test done; they met SP who again asked them not to mention anything to G3 about her health.

Yash was also present and asked his burning questions he wanted to know about his maasi who died years ago "Mama ji please bauji spoke about Savatri Maasi who was a lawyer and she died in an accident, he also spoke about her having a child what became of that child please mamaji it is very important to me"

"Why Yash do you want to know about old history that brought so much sorrow to my family?"

Yash's naniji heard the conversation and came across she had always loved Yash and her love for him did not change after knowing the truth that he is not G3s biological son but another woman's "Beta why is this so important tell me"

"Nanai G3 ma is so very ill and we need a donor for her we all got tested even the kids and the doctor said that my Aarti and Ansh are the perfect match to her that they are close relatives to ma"

"But how is that possible Pankaj, his kids and Prateek should be a match they are her blood" said naniji

"Naniji my brothers have medical issues that make them unsuitable as donnors, but my wife and son are the perfect, they are related to G3 ma and your family by blood"

Both mamaji and nani were shocked soon they were joined by the other relatives "How is it possible could it be true" said nanaji

"Mahase bhayia what is Yash speaking about" asked another younger brother then G3 two younger sisters also had confused look in their faces.

"I thought the baby had died along with the parents" said a sister

Mahase said "No she did not die she survived but bauji instructed me to get rid of her that she was a shame to our family so after Mohit and I did the last rites we took the baby to the nearest orphanage in Indore and placed her there in Savi behana purse there were a few documents of the baby's birth certificate and they had a horoscope chart made for the baby their marriage certificate was also there I took that for bauji to prove that Savi was legally married along with two photos and give the birth certificate and horoscope along with some money to the orphanage. Every chance I got I sent money to the orphanage but I never went there the matron kept me informed that the child was doing fine she was bright and won scholarships to continue her education Satisfied that the child was well and had grown up into a responsible woman I never tried to contact her."

No one noticed that Aarti along with her kids had arrive the kids wanted to visit with their G3 dadiji. Aarti stood in shock G3 ma is her maasi and these people are her her blood relatives the same ones who Yash call his mamas and maasis, his naniji is her naniji. Now she had a family roots she was no longer a orphan but they did not accept her when she was a baby would they accept her now as a adult.

Yash sensed that his Aarti was close turned and saw her shocked face "Aaru baby are you okay?" he rushed across to her

"Yes I am fine so it is true I am related to G3 ma you all are my relatives" she stated

G3's mother said "Now I understand why I liked both you and your son when I met you for the wedding and the post wedding rituals. You are my granddaughter and great grandson" she said moving towards Aarti who folded her hands and said Namaste the kids also followed their ma

Aarti's mamas were hesitant to greet her because she reminded them of their youngest sister betrayal to their family. Even her maasi was keeping distance

"What is wrong with you people this is our Savatri's daughter and grandson what happened in the past let it remain in the past my Savi has been gone for twenty five plus years almost thirty now I have a chance to get to know her daughter I won't allow your pride and foolish hate stop me" said naniji

"Ma you know what was bauji reaction Savi shamed our family bauji allowed her to get an education and look what she did eloped and had a child, the man was middle class not our status he ate meat and drank alcohol not vegetarians like us. Bauji could not face his friends and colleagues because of her and he died an unhappy man" said the eldest mama

The younger mama Mohit said "Look at what has happened she married her own cousin brother and you want us to accept her. Do you know how shameful this is never"

"So that was his belief and look where it got him an early grave he did not get to see any of his grandkids growing up, marrying and having children of their own. Times have changed this young lady is my granddaughter my Savi's only child she had a son and another on the way god worked in mysterious way he brought her back into our lives through her marriage to Yash. Now Yash is not G3s blood son but she brought him up they are first cousins but not related by blood, they did not grow up together as brother and sister so what if they are married what is shameful in that??"

"Ma how can you say this what will our relatives say?"

"Look I don't care what they say everyone knows that Suraj has two wives and two set of sons that are more shameful. Savi elope yes it was hurtful I was angry and disappointed like your father and vowed never to see her again in this life time; but little did I know she would die in an accident leaving behind an innocent child. Yes I followed your bauji's rule and I too thought the baby had died you should of told me my granddaughter is alive after your bauji died I would of brought her home and took care of her"

Mahase the elder mama said "NO ma we would not of allowed you to bring her into our home she was better off in the orphanage think anout mine and Mohit's daughters would they have gotten good families to marry into if this woman was living in our house"

"Mamaji this woman as you call her is my wife and I am sorry to say related to you by blood. What do you know about her nothing she had a short unhappy marriage then she married me. My wife is an accomplished business woman and talented lawyer in her own right. I am happy she did not live with you people then I would of have to consider her as my sister and I would of miss out on marrying the love of my life. Thank you for confirming that she indeed has a family but we want nothing from you people. Naniji if you want to know Aarti and Ansh you are welcome to stay with us, I know my Aarti and the kids will love that."

"beta I will love that too but I want to spend some time with my daughter G3 too she needs me in her life now even at this age"

"I understand naniji she needs all of us but is to stuborn to accept help or welcome my family and I back to her home"

"Yash she has no clue that she is sick with a deadly disease?" asked Mashase mamaji continuing and "I can't believe that this woman and her son are the only match, my kids and grand kids will all be here by tomorrow there must be another match in our family"

Aarti "Is it so bad to accept my help or my son's what have we done to face this hate from you?"

"Beta forget them they are stupid like their bauji if you and your son are the only hope to save G3 then we have no choice but to use this little fellow" and she caress Ansh face with so much love.

"Ma how can you allow that?" said Mohit

"Mohit beta if Suraj want to use Ansh as a donor and his sons agree we have no say" answered naniji

The kids were clinging to Aarti's waist they were disturbed with all the loud talking by these adults.

Aarti "Please this is not the time and place to discuss all this you are frightening my kids"

"Come kids there are no need to be scared we are your G3 dadiji relatives I am her mama, these two grumpy men are her brothers and these two ladies are her sisters you may have seen us for your parents wedding."

"You are dadiji mama you must be very old" said Payal

Ansh said "but you said you are my mama's naniji how is that possible if you are papa's naniji"

Yash came and knelt in front of his kids and tried to explain "You all know that I grew up with G3 dadiji but she is my stepmom and Radha dadiji is my real mom right. So I grew up knowing G3 ma as my naniji. Your Aarti mama her mother was G3 dadiji younger sister and she died when mama was a little baby. That makes my naniji your Aarti mama naniji."

Aarti said "Babies I did not know that I had a naniji because I grew up in an orphanage and only found out yesterday that I am G3 ma niece"

Ansh thought then said "Papa G3 dadiji don't know mama and I are her relatives because she still don't love us"

AarYa shared a look the Yash said "Betas don't tell her when you visit we want to surprise her okay so can my babies keep a secret?"

The kids nod their head in agreement.

Yash took them in to visit with G3

"Dadiji look we came to visit with you mama and papa said you are not feeling too well and the doctors will make you all better" said Payal climbing to sit on the bed next to G3 Palak also followed they both kissed G3 but Ansh remained standing with his papa he said "Namaste dadiji"

G3 smiled at the girls and blessed them as usual she ignored Ansh much to Yash's annoyance "Ma how are you today?"

"I am sure you have spoken to the doctors about my condition so what do you want me to say" replied G3 coldly

Yash and the kids stayed a few more minutes then they left for the relatives to visit

G3 was surprised to see her relatives there "Ma you came why take the trouble I am fine so I made a mistake but my doctor is helping me realize this"

"G3 how will I not come you are my daughter and it is natural for me to be worried for you" and she kissed her on the forehead

G3's siblings all came greeted her and spoke casually about everything family etc. They tried their best to hide their emotions but her younger sister eventually broke down and cried she held on to G3

"Didi I am sorry but your life is too precious we already lost our youngest sister so many years ago, her husband and daughter now to lose you this is too much you have so much to live for to see your grandkids grow up and then get married."

G3 became suspicious and she looked at Pankaj and Vidhi who tried to hide the tears in their eyes.

"Why do I have the feeling you people are hiding something from me" G3 said

"Pankaj Vidhi tell me the truth"

"Ma there is nothing wrong"

"Then why are you two crying?"

They were saved from answering when the nurse came and told them that the visitors need to leave for now because they have to give the patient her meds and she needs to rest before her next session with the councillor

The following day G3 was awoke by a sever bout of coughing and there were some blood specks she called out and both her doctor and nurse were on their way to examine her a frantic G3 asked why is there blood and she asked outright if she is dying she demanded that she be told the truth her doctor tried to offer her comfort but she was hysterical he asked that the councillor come immediately.

They managed to get her to a point where they explained her current situation to her she was in stage one of the blood cancer.

"Let me die I don't want any fake concern from my family"

The psychiatrist tried to reason with her that they cannot allow her to die she has to fight for her life that she has so much to live for her family is there to support her her sons and their family want her to live.

"I have only two sons and two grandkids"

"Don't you want to see your grandkids become adults and marry?"

"Yes I want to see my grandson Vedant owning and managing the Scinshia business" replied G3

What G3 did not know was that SP, Yash, Pankaj, and Prateek were outside of her room and they heard her. They were on their way to the hospital when the doctor call and told them about G3 condition so they hurried to be at her side

"Then Mrs Scindhia you have to fight for yourself you have to comply to all the treatment the doctors order and you have to continue speaking to me about your emotions your life past and present you need to express your fears your concerns speak to the people you have problem with confront them about your feelings free yourseld of all burden and only them will the physical treatment work."
