Yash was shocked his mother was unbelievable spiteful and unkind how could she hate an innocent child so much just because he is not related by blood to her, and Aarti just because she is an orphan he never knew his mother could be so prejudice against someone.

Yash never believed in caste and class he believed all are equal in god's eye and he believed that his family believed in the same the servants were treated well he ma give to charity she even accompanied Aripta to the orphanage for the girls birth, and their birthdays sharing gifts, and clothing; so this hate towards Aarti, and Ansh was shocking and disturbing.

Yash made up his mind they would leave this house as planned he cannot have his family exposed to this hate his girls would grow up spoilt in his ma's influence they will be mean spiteful girls full of prejudice and hate not only for Aarti, and Ansh but for all poor people.

"Palak birthday will be celebrated but it will be held somewhere else not in this house and if ma wants to attend then find and if she chooses not to then that is fine too." Yash told his brothers and sister in laws

"Bhayia don't let ma behaviour separate our family" pleaded Prateek

Yash entered the room after hearing the commotion "Palak behave yourself and come outside and have dinner"

They went into the living room "Papa told me to say sorry to you step mama and Ansh I love papa so I am saying sorry" said Palak looking at Aarti and she twisted her mouth in distaste like G3 dadiji does

Yash said "Come with me let us make your sandwich" he smiled a sad, hurt smile at Aarti who responded the same

"Palak that was very rude of you and I am very disappointed in you here is your sandwich, you are behaving very naughty do you think your Aripta mama is happy with you?"

"Yes papa she is very happy with me when I show my dislike to step mama and Ansh this will make her return to us quicker and you me Payal, and Aripta mama will be a happy family"

"It is not nonsense nani ji and dadiji told me Aripta mama will come back it we throw step mama and her son out of the house"

Aarti was listening to their conversation and she felt so helpless the level of hate these two old ladies have for her and Ansh is so great that she is confused as to what to do, how can they be so unkind, so evil to spread their prejudice to a little girl like that to use an innocent child to achieve want they want. Yash look towards Aarti and the both recognized the hurt, and helplessness in their eyes. This will take time to resolve they understood this.

In Aarya's room "Yash what will we do?"

"Aarti the first step is to leave this place in a couple of weeks you will be their legal guardian their adopted mother and I will be Ansh adopted father no one can legally fight us then "

"what are you saying Yash why would anyone want to take the girls away from us?"

"Aarti you heard the nonsense they are feeding the girls, you witnessed their behaviour I won't be surprise if Aripta's parents and ma try to remove them from us citing that you are a bad mother, and influence."

"Aarti let us sleep now we can continue packing in the morning, I already spoke to Radha ma and Akash they have rooms for us in their hotel. Aarti this is temporary okay everything will be find our kids will be okay I believe in you." He held her hand and smiled then gently pulled her in for a reassuring hug it felt so good to have her in his arms just like coming home where you belong. Aarti was surprise when her held her hand and even more so when he hug her but it felt so right like finally coming home. On the spur of the moment Yash lifted her chin and claim her lips in a gentle kiss which changed into a deep passionate kiss, which left them gasping for breath and Aarti blushing and she quickly went into the bed and hid her face under the sheet.

"Aarti what wrong don't tell me you did not enjoy that kiss?"
"Yash of course I did but don't you love Aripta ji?'

"Aarti I am telling you what I told Palak Aripta is dead you and I are alive and we are married to each other, so Aarti don't you think we are allowed to kiss and..."
"AND what Yash?" said Aarti still hiding her face

"Well if you remove the sheet I will show you"

"Yash we need to sleep we have a big day tomorrow"

"So we can have some fun tonight we both need this after all that happened this evening, it is time we became man and wife in the true sense"

A surprise but happy Aarti was peeping at him from beneath the sheets Yash took this as a yes and came next to her on the bed to start their healing process and showing Aarti how much she has come to mean to him.
