Prashant swearing that he has had enogh of loneliness and he wont bear it anymore and the conscious effort towards that would start from today itself.
Arti gives him water. She apologizes for causing all the trouble. she asks him to drink and stabilise himself first. He asks if there is noone else. when she says yes, that others have gone to the temple and yash os out for an important meeting, he thinks that this is the right time to bare his heart out to her.
After completing their prayers, gayatri has an idea and she calls vidhi and pari and discusses with them a prank to pull on their spouses, much to buaji's displeasure. They stand next to the well, and when their husbands call out to them, they ignore. First pankaj and then prateik too come to take vidhi and pari but they refuse to go and instead pretend to be upset so much so that they want ot end their lives by jumping into the pond. Finally when they ask whats wrong, the ladies tell them that they need to promise that pankaj wont force their kids to become what he wants them to, rather he would let them be what they want to become. Pari too takes a promise that they would begin an new life forgetting the past and prateik forgiving every mistake of hers in the past. He says he always does that, but still pari makes him promise that. He too takes a promise from pari that she would love him all the more from now onwards. she too agrees. Finally gayatri too calls on suraj and asks him to promise that he would forever in all their births together, ensure that they always have a prosperous family like this. Suraj willingly agrees. happily they finally proceed home.
whiel prashant is waiting for yash to come, he says that he can leave if he is making arti uncomfortable. When she doesnt respond, he says that they can atleast be friends. arti fires up saying that she wants to make it very clear that she doesnt liek him around her as nobody in the family knows of his existence and she cant risk her well settled life for him. She says that she didnt want to hide but she is helpless because of his transplant as she is not sure of her afmily's reaction on knwoing the truth and he cant put his treatment to jeopardy because of that. She is always wondering what if they know. He says to have this faith on her that he woudlnt let anyone know. She reminds him of the numerous close calls they had of their gig being up, first his watch that was left in the car when yash innocently covered up for her, then ansh's photo in the wallet. She says that she cant hide it much longer and very soon the truth would come out. Despite him trying to calm her down, she is very upset. He tries to hold her hand, but she jerks away saying that there's nothing left between them andno feelings whatsoever. and she can still understand but her family wont and therefore pleads him to stay away from her, her family, ansh and yash. prashant gets his cough bouts again. Due to the stress, she too starts feeling heavy and nauseous. Nevertheless, she goes inside to get him water. Once she gives him water, and he is busy drinking, she loses control on herself and is dizzy. prashant notices her and stops her from falling and gently helps her to lie on the bed.
He gives her some water and she drinks it unable to resist. She murmers to him that she has a low bp and the medicines are in the dressing drawer of her room. he rushes to her room to get the medicines. he finds them and is about to rush out when he notices her photos with yash. it pains him to see her with yash. But regaining hismelf, he rushes out to arti. while he is prepping the medicines for her, he wonders if she had anything to eat since medicines cant be given on an empty stomach. She tells him not to bother unnecessarily and just give the mdicines. But prashant in a possessive manner runs towards the kitchen to coem back with two apples for her. he peels one and tries to get her to eat before she can take her meds, all the while reprimanding her for handling 4 kids and not taking care of herself only and that he wont allow her to behave like this, then realising that he doesnt have the right anymore to talk to her like this. He softens down and urges her to eat so that she's able to take meds. she reluctantly takes an apple and then takes her medicines and dozes off. While she's sleeping, prashant says that she doesnt need to feel alone or worry as he's right there beside her all the time.
She wakes up aftre some time and seeing prashant is surprised. Then gets up startled as to why did he let her sleep so late. She is worried that her family and yash too might be coming home soon. Just then, they hear a car honking. She is tensed at the situation that would be now. The screen freezes on her face.
