Gurmeet Choudhary: The new macho man
Television's handsome hunk, Gurmeet Choudhary has reportedly been signed for Amul Macho's latest commercial. The brand is supposedly impressed with his popularity amongst the small screen viewers and has thus chosen him for its next ad film. The actor may replace or work along side Saif Ali Khan who has been endorsing the brand until now.
It is to be noted that while the Bollywood celebs have been a hot favorite amongst the reputed brands, the small screen actors are slowly becoming their first choice. The growing popularity of these actors and their craze must the audience is fetching them a lot of endorsement deals. Several television stars including Hussain Kuwajerwala, Karan Wahi, Barun Sobti, Sumeet Raghvan, Nisha Rawal and Shilpa Anand have been seen endorsing various products and now it is Gurmeet's turn to prove his worth in the field.
If sources are to be believed, Gurmeet has already signed the deal and is about to shoot for the said commercial same pretty soon. Amul is a big brand and the deal signed by Gurmeet must be lucrative however, the actor hasn't shared any details about the same.
Gurmeet rose to fame with the mythological serial Ramayan in which he played Lord Ram. He was paired opposite Debina Bonnerjee whom he married later on. The actor has been active on the small screen since the last few years. Apparently, his talent and hard work have helped him bag one role after the other. After Ramayan, he featured in a reality show named Pati Patni aur Woh and then grabbed the lead role in Star One's popular show Geet – Hui Sab Se Parayi The actor who is presently playing the male lead in Zee TV's Punar Vivah is also known for his superb dancing skills.
Well, Gurmeet is indeed a popular actor and his association with the brand is likely to reap benefits for it.
