Aarti-Yash have not so pleasant relationship especially with Aarthi probably turning obsessive for Aayu or Ishi frames Aarti as crazy. So no one would believe Aarti & every one assumes, Aarti has turned obsessive or doubting Ishita just like that.

There is a chance for a minor separation - if not physically at least mentally. CV's might have not used that dialogue of separation by Aarti before SP's PV, just like that.
