If not naturally then CVs should show IVF tract .. so it becomes more accceptable in india. it is normal to do now a days!!

maybe this Paridhi track is another way of bringing in social issue so we could be seeing that too..
but there' s a nice contrast here being shown about the couples and the problems they are facing..
