Ishita is is vengful and pathetic character. She carries lot of emotional baggage from her earlier life. She feeds on hurting other people. Until she gets help she will not change her behavior.

She is definitely cooking something up to start her evil plan to hurt Aarya again.

I m sorry I dont want this but i strongly feel ishita may plan to kill aayu.

I have a strong feeling that ishita and akaash may plan something huge which may result in aarti having a miscarriage.
I just hope aayu survives. I want aayu to be born

If akaash can push aarti after she slapped him while protecting yash from getting hit by belt then I m sure he may do somthing big which might have bad effect on aarti's health or aayu
