@bold: No, no tangent at all from where I'm standing! That is a beautiful analogy! Aaah, you know, all these comments of yours make reading your updates even more wonderful. They add so much meaning to them!
*sigh* The tunnel analogy. That is one that always comes to mind when I think of Yash and Aarti, whether in your stories or any others. So true about the hope...So true.
I always shall be...trekking along in silence, hopefully not for too much longer 😳. Didn't I say something earlier about you being on another thread before I could review everything? If I didn't, well...now I have! 😉 😆

Thanks Borna...and I remember about the Thread quip. That's the kind of break that works against someone like me in a way, cause what I wrote in earlier parts need reread at times in context of what's going on now...The chapters are interdependent in a way. Already some of my friends forgot how the journal landed up with Arpita. Even then I knew the route of that journal...the word connector between Yash and Aarti, which will join them silently. Arpita was just the via media.

Having said that, a new thread shouldn't come between your thoughts and me.🤗

Naeema...thanks.

Arpita just took advantage of Yash's very evident interest in the journal. Being sharp, she immediately realized that Yash, who was till then only being nice and formal and going through the motions, suddenly seemed very moved and touched. By claiming the journal as her own, she got what she wanted all along: for Yash to be interested in her such that he becomes favorable toward this marriage alliance...and that's exactly what happened.

That part in bold...the cuteness of it made me grin. Don't worry Yash won't need to do anything...😃

How did Arpita get Aarti's journal??? Is she up to something???
Is Payal, Arpita's daughter????
Hope Yash meets Aarti very soon
Thanks for the PM
Waiting for your next update

Sara...thank you.

How she got the journal is in Part 6. She had taken it from Aarti.

I hope to answer all the queries by the next update.

Yash has already met Aarti, Sara...We just have to cover the three years of Yash's journey to that evening in Brownies when he and Aarti met.

Thanks Saf.

Yash may have had bad experiences with a few girls, but his sense of fairness is intact till now. Now the question is what does Arpita have in mind? Or rather what does she want from Yash that made her marry him?

Goodness, the more you write about those little details, especially that journal, the more I want to drop all my work and read, read, read so that I can write, write, write! 😆 *pouts* But I know I can't do that yet...I love the interweaving of details and events in all of your stories - that is possibly one of my favorite things about your authorial style! 👏
About the last line: It won't! 🤗 Unless the thread closes...🤔 😆 Lots of love, Didi. Take care!

Hey Indu

Wow, just wow. Here I was prepping myself for heartbreak and devastation of Yash loving and losing that cow Arpita - and I get smacked in the face with a different plot entirely!! Your diabolical mind and phenomenal writing blow me away!
Now, more than ever, I'm certain that Aarti saved Yash just as much as he saved her. The question in my mind now is that when Yash met Aarti in the last chapter was it a coincidence... or was he looking for her specifically?!
And now this chapter: Poor Yash!!! First Tanya, now Arpita. I'm very surprised that he doesnt have any bitterness and hate in him. I'm so immensely proud of him that (even though she did not deserve it) he considered what her circumstances might be. His dad, Suraj was amazing - itna vishwas in his beta Yash:). And Arpita that *&@$%. Shamesless, absolutely besharaam that she doesnt seem the slightest bit concerned about deceiving Yash and his family (I'm actually pcituring Ishita as Arpita).
Stunning chapter. Just when I think I cant read this story anymore cos its too heartbreaking, you give us an amazing chapter that keeps me gripped and desperately for the next chapter!!! Can't wait:)
Indu, have you ever thought that maybe after the poignancy of Sparsh and Samarpan you could try your hand at an Aarya rom-com story:)? You write so fantastically well, I would love to see what you would do with an out and out mad caper:). Your fan, Alicia

Thank you so much for such a fantabulous feedback. I am flattered and I am touched. To respond to your last para, I'll certainly give it a thought pal...You can try reading The Summer Returns, which I am cowriting with Kadeen (Kittya Cullen). It's a Rom-Com and has humor in it.😃

Spot on Alicia...this saving the souls was always two-way between the two of them. Both were victims of broken trust and unfairness when they finally met as adults. Now that we more or less know how they got to that point of convergence in Brownies, we shouldn't expect miracles as they are bound to be wary of each other or of any emotion that the other evokes.

Great update dear👏
Glad yash was connected to aarti's journal only⭐️
"A long conviction of worthlessness builds strong walls.

The nearer you approach me….the blinder I may strike back.

I fight against the very thing I want as my defender,

I fight against surrender.

I am told that love is stronger than strong walls….and in this lies my hope.

And if I know myself…I will fight against even that hope."-- I really loved this stanza😳 ...Heart touching poem 👍🏼

Oh no😭 yash and arpita married😭

Arpita is sick lady😡 😡..She lied and trapped yash and how dare she coolly behaving to yash after the truth..Really a disgusting😡😡 lady...

Really felt sad for yash. 😭 😭 he will be heart broken so much🥺. Arpita deserves to be a punishment😡

Waiting for next part

Thanks for pm😊

Thanks for the update. I so love the poem. It essays feelings both of helplessness and hope that Aarti (from her POV) copes with everyday. I love the emotions that the words evoke in Yash, of wanting to protect and make the writer smile forever; that even before meeting her, he had felt the tie that binds him to her.

So, Arpita's decision to marry was based on a lie too. The confrontation between Yash and Arpita will be very interesting and the decision that they will choose regarding their marriage. I can only imagine Yash's anger regarding the pregnancy lie and the added regret and disillusionment once the truth is out regarding the real author of the journal. Looking forward to the next update. 😊
