Yeah, it's the same journal that Arpita had so cruelly taken from Aarti and kept as hostage. She didn't bother to return even after a few days after exam.

Yash went to see Arpita because his dadima wanted him to. Aha...Aarti hasn't gone anywhere. She was right there in Hoshangabad when Yash was meeting Arpita. We are going through Yash's past at the moment so the incidents are from his perception.😊
