Reviewing the Evidence:
Hey guy - help me put together all the possible evidence of Ansh's kidnap crime. If I have left out any info please feel free to add in the below write-up or table.
1. Was the 3rd kidnap of Ansh premeditation or opportunity?
If P died due to the rod piercing through him then the kidnap of Ansh was not premeditated.
However it is also likely that P's absurd plan of forcing Aarti to undergo an abortion may have been known to a few and they would have anticipated a messy fight between Yash and P that would result in P being badly injured and most likely in the jaws of death – in which case Ansh's kidnap would have been premeditated.
2. Does the kidnapper know Ansh and AarYa?
Yes to both. The person is aware that:
- Ansh likes jalebis
-To separate Yash from Aarti would require getting Yash legally married a third time.
-AarYa are intelligent – so it is imperative to restrict the amount thinking time and give them an illusion that they are being assisted by the police.
3. Who could have physically committed the kidnapping?
SP, Pankaj, Dubey and Shobha were present by P body when it was being taken away. It could be any one of them who took the hotel keys from his pocket.
SP and Pankaj have ties to Mangalpur. It is their gaon – so they know locals whom they can reach easily for assistance in the crime.
SP and Pankaj have the wherewithal to raise money in a jiffy to hire local goons
Now I will list motive, means and physical evidence.

Bua – her hatred towards Aarti and Ansh is immeasurable. |
| Means | We know that Akash physically carried away Ansh from the hotel. We know Akash brough Ansh to SM and hid him in the dark room (kalli kotri). We know Akash was paid for his services We know Akash was given the key to the dark room by a SM member. We know Akash lost a kurta button Akash is shown dropping the ransom demand CD Akash's ankle bleeds from the injury caused by Yash's bottle throwing act/ Akash was shown getting treatment at the clinic Akash is SP's recently appointed driver. Apparently only Bua and SP were aware of his appointment Akash is seen taking extreme liberties at SM (entry, holding SP's hand, etc) Bua is seen sort of friendly towards Akash Unlike other SM drivers – Akash hangs inside SM Akash is shown feeding Ansh, binding him, requesting to move him to another location, preparing the ransom CD, and conveying via phone the mastermind's instructions. Akash has instructions not to hurt Ansh Today's epi: Bua nodded to someone across the room – Pankaj and SP were standing across from her and to me it appeared she was signaling to Pankaj Pankaj searched the garage and storerooms for Ansh After Yash suggests that he would prefer a fake marriage ceremony to SM members and Dupeys he receives a phone call from the kidnapper within minutes threatening to dispose Ansh permanently if he resorts to any such tactics. So the mastermind is one who was present when Yash made his announcement The kidnapper is willing to deliver Yash's gift to Ansh after the first wedding "rassam" and send him a picture of Ansh with the gift via phone on the day of his proposed marriage before the final ritual. So the mastermind will be present at Yash's proposed marriage and have knowledges of when the different rituals are completed Mastermind is aware that AarYa were at the hotel P held Ansh captive but reached the room right after he was abducted. |
