i think both not that he loves them but it is because he wants his status back he want to show to the society that he is also a family man .

He is tired of loneliness & can't bear that now he is all alone & aarti & ansh are happy with their new life

He wants Aarti back because she "dared" to move on with her life and in love with Yash. So P wants her back to show her rightful place which according to him,is under his shoe.😡
