okay guys... am back after a very long gap!!!😃 i was sick...😭 thanks to this summer... am struck with sunstroke and i was damn sick...😕 can't even update... well i gave a notice to you guys too...😳 thanks for understanding me all of you guys... 😊 so enuf of my rant... here is the new part of my story... enjoy reading it... and yeah please press the 'like' button and give your opinion too😳

PART-11

Shobha listened to her every word and was quite sure about Yash now. But the next set of words of Aarthi left her all surprised. Aarthi was like "maa If I want I could have left him there itself but I don't know why I can't go away?? Why I can't stop myself from saving him. Maybe I did this out of humanity but then again why I saw his dream last night?!?!"

"What?!?"

"Yes maa... I saw him in my dreams... It was kinda nightmare!! I dunno what to do??"

"it's okay beta sometimes you get freaked up so those kinda dreams do occur... don't worry... waise who else stays with him?? I mean koi toh hoga na'"

"no maa... seems like he is alone... I mean his mom n dad died it seems... saw a picture of them garlanded... the man in the picture was just like him... so I gathered them to be his parents..."

Listening to this shoba felt sad. It was when she was about to say something to Aarthi' Dr Mehta came for his regular check up. He was literally shocked with Aarthi being there and shobha being all fine.

He was like "Aarthi you here!! When did you come??" before Aarthi could say anything shobha started up saying "Bhaisaab it's me who asked Aarthi to visit me."

"koi baath nahi bhabhi ji... I was also thinking of calling her... I need to talk to her. Well okay agar woh yehi aayi hian... then will talk to her directly..." saying so he looked at Aarthi and said "Aarthi beta... the main cardiologist who is supposed to be doing the operation got held up in some urgent meeting in America. His arrival may take 2 more days. So yeah operation will be postponed." Seeing the worry on Aarthi's face he assured "don't worry beta... she is fine... her health is going good and there are no remarks as of now. It was really a surprise to us too!! There is no dip today in her health condition. Don't know what miracle happened today!! Don't worry sab thik rahega" saying so he patted Aarthi's cheeks and smiled reassuringly.

Aarthi listening to this got very much elated and turned towards shobha ma and grinned. shoba too felt light at heart seeing Aarthi smiling. Aarthi sat besides shobha and was like " maa suna hian appne... you will be fine soon... your operation will be after 2 days and your health was good now... and you will be perfect" Aarthi's face suddenly changed colors... She is confused and tensed. Seeing this shobha asked her "kya baat hian beta?? Why you look dull so suddenly?"

"woh maa... I wanna be there with you on the day of operation aur pata nahin... whether my khadoos boss will grant me the leave or not... I can't even ask him... he out rightly said that I am unprofessional!!! Aur if I ask him a leave just after a tiff with him about it... what will he think about me... pata nahin... wat shall I do now?"

"Don't worry beta... you still have 2 more days to go... I think you can bring out a solution for this... and waise bhi... woh itna khadoos nahin hain jitna tum samaj rahi ho..." ( he is not that stubborn as you say)

"Uh..." shobha was stunned and was like "mera matlab hain... ki tera boss jo hain... itna khadoos nahi lagta mujhe... jitna tum unke bare mein keh rahi ho..." (your boss never seemed that stubborn to me... they way you tell about him to me) saying that she was thinking herself "phewww thank god!!! shoba wat are you doing?? I mean what is the use to say something like that?? if Aarthi gets you toh!! Aarthi isn't a kid... you need to be careful enough"

"You dunno about him maa..."

"toh kya you know about him very well??" Aarthi is perplexed

"maa... I mean..."

"Don't judge a book by its cover Aarthi. Try reading into it once. You fear him even without knowing about him. You wanna know what your pictures are doing in there. But you will never ask fearing his answer. Lekin beta jab tak tum usse poochogi nahi tab tak tum aise hi darthe rahegi... and you will always make weird opinion about him. Why don't you clear it off?? Kabhi kabhi insaan ko samajne keliye unhe ghor se dekhna padta hian... kabhi kabhi insaan jo dikhta hian woh aisa hian nahi shayad... soch lo..." (sometimes to understand a person we need to look deeper... sometimes a person never will be the same that he depicts himself to be...)

Aarthi really don't want to think about it and she doesn't want to make an issue about it in front of shobha maa fearing her outburst again. So she kept her calm and was like "it's okay maa... I'll ask him about it. You take rest. I'll leave now. I need to go early tomorrow to my office. See you tomorrow bye take care." Aarthi left and shobha also slept with a hope that she may see a difference tomorrow with a brighter side.

The clock already struck 9 and Aarhti was on her way to office. Here Yash was waiting for Aarthi to come it is already 20 minutes past 9 but no traces of Aarthi yet. It then hit him "oh teri!!! Today is operation day right?? Oh no!! How could I miss this!! I need to go and see shobha maa and Aarthi' she must be tensed..." with this he dashed towards the exit with a jet speed and was in his car the next minute. He directly went to the ward to cross check before knowing the operation theatre. When he went inside he saw a calm atmosphere there. He went inside the room only to witness shobha enjoying her favorite serial in the laptop. Yash was surprised to see her like that!!

"Good morning yash beta!!! How are you??"

"It is your operation today right?!?"

"Well that got postponed"

"What!! And Aarthi knows this?? How on earth??"

"Well... she came yesterday..."

"What!! She came yesterday!! I don't believe this!!" Yash was all surprised and was looking at Shobha with an I ' don't- believe ' you look.

"Now don't look at me like that!! She came yesterday... I called her and she came..." Yash was still the same... giving the same look. So knowing that she had no escape... shobha was like...

"Okay fine... I lied to her that doctor wants to meet her... and she came..." Yash was literally laughing.

"What!! Has kyun rahe ho?? Don't laugh... abhi I wanna know about Aarthi's feelings too... toh maine..." Yash smiled at her was like...

"Maa aap bhi na..." with this Yash suddenly got stiff and all blank. Shobha as if knowing what is in his mind said "koi baat nahi beta... you can call me maa... you can... I know about your parents' beta..."

"You do??"

"Yeah Aarthi told me..."

"She did!!" Yash was kinda surprised knowing that Aarthi did really talk about him.

"Yeah she did... in fact she said a lot about you!! You know... she is kinda freaked out seeing those many pictures of her in your room and itna ki... she started dreaming you!!"

"What are you talking about?!?!"

"Yup you heard it right... she is kinda freaked and knowing her she is not so open to share it... did she talk to you?? I mean she told me that she will..." yash nodded a no... "may be she didn't talk at all... I know her... beta ek baat boloon... if she is not ready to break the ice between you... why don't you do that??"

"Me!! Main kya kar sakta hoon?? What can I do??"

"I dunno do something... kuch bhi karo... bas make her always think about you in a any way possible!!"
