There's nothing better than coming here after a long, long day and seeing something you've written, Indu! Thankfully I had a few minutes to spare and was able to read Part II twice to clear up the murky fog in my brain...Such a lovely little maze you've created around us and the characters! Aarti and Aarti totally caught me off guard, haha! I panicked for a second before I realized what the connection between characters was. I know who I'm visualizing as Mishti (there can be no other option!) but Mrs. Aarti Dubey is a tougher one. I wonder who I'll conjure up in my mind's eye when I read this again later...

I was going to say this in my Part I comment, but you updated so quickly that I'll have to say it here: I LOVE how you've given Aarti the name "Mishti!" It's very, very sweet! 😉 😃 (A very endearing dak naam and bhalo naam for an extremely sweet person! I can't help but smile every time I read that name now since it's associated with Aarti! Kratika's Bengali "bhoot" connection just came to mind again! 😆 I love saying Mishti's name to myself as I read silently, too!)

@Borna: Aha...thank God, you understood me there. When I finished this I knew I had done it again...left a few creases on the readers' forehead. Yet, somehow, I didn't want to change it the way it had come out...I always knew I'll be able to clear the haze in the subsequent update. I just hope by the end of the next one we know where we are heading...with Yash and Mishti/Aarti.

Mishtu/Mishti is my daughter's daak naam. That part was the easiest to characterize.😊
I'll be awaiting your opinion on the story.

@Indu: I'm so very glad that you didn't go back and change anything (besides the switch from the now-nonexistent Malhotras to the existing Dubeys) because even though I'm feeling mentally exhausted right now, piecing together everything you've written so that I can visualize those things in my head is a huge treat. I am really looking forward to seeing what Mishti does next. Reserving the rest of my numerous comments for that post I'll have to come back to...
Mishti/Mishtu are very adorable nicknames - I can only imagine how sweet your daughter must be!

@Borna: I think it is best you read the next one and then let me know. What I have in my mind is scaring me to death whether it'll work or not. The entire story's premise is based on sparsh...and I want that to come across crystal clear by the end...Also I don't want to stretch this beyond necessary. So you can see I am getting to be too ambitious for my own good.😳

Oho...my daughter is a darling. When she was little, we used to play this game between us: I'd say, "Aei chotto gudia ta dushtu na mishtu? (Is this little doll naughty or sweet?)" And she would lisp, "Duttu na, na...ami mittu.(Not naughty...I am sweet.)" **sigh** I miss that stage of my kids.

I usually don't read off-canon fictions, but how could I stay away when you are the word weaver at the helm? The story is very intriguing so far Indu, and I love the way you have built up the characters, especially in the second part. As for the little twist with the names... that was fantastic! You really had me curious to know why on earth Aarti was with Aman and this other female with Yash! But how simple and clever the truth turned out to be!

I am excited to read more because all I feel at this point is curiosity and anticipation for the story to unravel in its entirety! 😊

A piece of work but truly exceptional, that's what your update has been done. It was sooo lovely and touching, love the connection of the characters (two different Aarti who found their sisterly bond & connection and became real sisters). Love how Aman is present in your story. Now waiting for Yashji to see her "personal nurse"😳.

@Samana: Wow...I never thought I could pull you in with this one. Thank you so much.🤗
This is going to really test my imagination, and as I was telling Borna, what I have in mind is giving me the jitters. I am looking at my own self with a weird expression at where my thoughts are taking me. **sigh** I just hope I don't disappoint.😊

@Sunrio: Thank you. I am happy I could tickle your imagination. 🤗

@Angel: I promise characterizations will get easier after this.😊

@Binde:
Thanks, pal. Glad I could rope you in.🤗
