I bet you that he wasn't even sick.. he fooled his parents and now it's Aarthi's turn.. he wanted the entry in Sandhya's house and now he will blackmail Aarthi and get money from her..

once an evil will always remain an evil... that's what exactly going to happen.. he will keep coming to the house and then he will tell her that if she doesn't get him what he wants he will tell the truth to Yash..

Mmm,,, my Pov is he is sick. And he was good till he met Ansh . The more he bond with Ansh the more he wants him back. Now he is trying to get Ansh back. For that he has to be healthy .. Even hen Yash invited him he could say no but remembering Ansh is also there celebrating Diwali he agrees. Without thinking about consequence .

his obsession to with Ansh is dangerous for arya

his sickness may not be act

but all other antics like --- being MAHAN in front of dubey , ansh and arati is a act not real genuine feeling

I agree it is not typical type of serial but DIMAG KE GHODE TOH

So my POV is P is actually sick & it is proved too with first sessions of

BMT. At the same time I too agree that he will soon spread his bad wings in Aarya's life.

I think he's really sick but a python remain a python !

if he was really repenting he wouldn't even dare to step in scindia's house.

py pov is he's jealous of aarya's happiness (as we got a glimpse during the karva chauth's night) and he's going to crash it in order to getting his son back

now we even see dubey'ji only concern about his sonn and i'm quite sure he will follow his son in this future plans
