I know that if she wants to get married then she can decide it for herself and that Suraj Pratap has no right to stop her if she wanted to get married or not. And that is not what I was saying. I'm not saying that Suraj Pratap forbade her to get married for the second time what I was saying was that they didn't get buaji remarried in a sense that they did not support buaji to get remarried just the way Prashanth's parents supported Aarti to marry again and Suraj Pratap and co supported Yash to get married again.

And yes buaji has the right to take her own decisions but at that time that buaji was widowed it was what? 20 - 30 years ago? maybe even more? At this time and era not many married women are working and have their own wealth and sources of income let alone 20 - 30 years ago. There are not a lot of women who have a lot of money in their own rights especially not a widows unless they were left with handsome amount of money and fortune by their husbands. And seeing from history of India especially the time range it takes a lot of money and fortune to get a woman to remarry again. If she has no money and no support from her brother and family to get remarried how could she remarry again?? At that time she really needed the support from her brother and his family, but they didn't give her his support to get remarry and there must be a reason as to why she is 1) returned to her maayka instead of staying with her sasural . I mean if her sasural really loves her and care for her and if she was a good wife and bahu I do think that her sasural would have wanted her to be by their side instead of just sending her back home and 2) why Suraj Pratap didn't support her in her decisions and desire to get married again. And I do not know whether or not Suraj Pratap knows that buaji wants to get remarried or not but I believe that he knows her desire to get remarried.

And we all know that a widow who remarried in the current age and era in Indian society is still frowned upon at some places and region. The traditional mindset still proof to be really strong in every Indian especially in regards to remarry. Many widow performed and were encouraged to perform Sati when their husband died by the community even though this was band by the government and this act was seen as a loyal and devoted act of a widow. On those days 20 - 30 years when buaji was widowed it is really frowned upon for a widow to get remarry and maybe her dreams were not only not supported by her Bhaiya and Bhabhi but also by the society who would prefer to find a bride for their sons who were never married and still a virgin.

That is a really good idea since if Aarti is the one asking the family or pushing the family to find a husband for buaji then she will be really ashamed and grateful and owe Aarti so much.

I think the reason why she is picking out on Aarti and not her Bhaiya and Bhabhi was because she is afraid of the both of them. And Aarti is the only place where she can cause trouble too on the first hand she is jealous of Aarti on the second hand Aarti is weaker than her and has to show respect to her. Not to mention her Bhaiya and Bhabhi is her ATM card. If she makes demand to Gayatri and Suraj Pratap they have the ability to cut her off and she will have no money, no home, no power and nobody to pick on.
