as we know that yash loves arti but he can't understand his own feeling. Now arti take a good decision to behave as yash want. It means she keep distance from yash b/c yash want she can't come near to him and behave like a wife as she behave in mumbai. If she stop such like it then her changed behaviour is not tolerated by yash and at that time he understand his feeling for arti.
