i think yash is in love with arthi. He did not want to admit. In todays episode after athi's clarification, he didnt say that he didnt love her. Instate, he said he made mistake and he had to seek forgiveness from arpita... for me yash expression and quietness after arthi con in todays episode light up my believe that he loves her and he need sometime to realize this. first, he has to throw the thought that he did wrong to arpita. most likely tomorrow episode will clear this out.

if he was inlove with her, he will not have the thought of the deed being a sin and of putting the dead on top of all of that. Look at Aarti who is inlove and keep running after him no matter how many times she gets insulted and being told she not his wife and i actually hate it it! He should be grateful for that second time around but no, arpita comes first and last in his thought, what a 🤬!

Yash is not in love with aarti yet, he has anger management issues though that is why he appears to be rude at times to aarti,
We will see how and what will make yash stop from fighting:-)
