I think that yash is angry because he found out probably that aarti is married and her husband is not dead, so he believes that she betrayed him. If you trace his dialogues. ...'she's not my wife' ... You have committed a big sin' ...' I have no relationship with her... '

he made these comments because he knows that she is not really his wife. I guess aarti's best close friend spilled the beans by mistake, thinking that yash probably already knows about her husband.
