@Allbie: That was simply fantastic. Yash slowly and steadily falling in love with Aarti. What a beautiful collection of scenes backed by the perfect song. One of my favorites...👏

Maham, I feel like I totally sound like a broken record when I say I adored your VM. 😆

Firstly, fantastic song selection. One of my favorites. And it is so nice to get a compilation of the Mumbai scenes with Yash's POV in the focus especially since we all are beating our heads wondering what triggered his fall into the unknown abyss.

Secondly, In every scene you picked I loved the way you focused the visual on Yash. Earlier, I think I was so taken in by Aarti's presence that I must not have paid enough attention to what Yash's eyes were trying to tell us viewers. In every little thing he did in Mumbai, it seemed like he did it to please Aarti. Her appreciation, her acknowledgement was absolutely important for him. That pot making scene: he looks at her as if he was thirsty for her appreciation. The jhula scene he looked as if he was thinking "will she feel bad if I put my arms around her". And the dahi handi scene, he reaches the top and looks around to see if she is looking and it looked like he was saying "see I reached the top" and we all know how upset he was when he was bested by someone else in front of Aarti. It is almost like through all these tiny gestures he was subconsciously trying to prove something to her, maybe that he is worthy of her love?

Have to say, I love puzzles and that is exactly what the Mittals have been doing with this Yash track. They have given us so many clues. I don't believe any of the scenes in Mumbai were just randomly put together to give viewers some nice moments. I am pretty sure they all hold some meaning to Yash's anguish.

Anyways, I loved the scenes you picked, I loved the song and I loved the way you ended it with Yash finally walking away from Arpita with Aarti in his arms.

A busy day ahead for me. 😭
