As we all are thinking and have thought just may be Yash read the diary and is hurt to know that Aarti loves him. he trusted Aarti in this one as he kept on saying that he and Aarti believes that love happens only once. Just may be with all the confidences he was free with Aarti thinking that there will be no strings attached but to his horror when he read the diary he might have felt cheated by her.
