This is absolutely fantastic news. Congrats Guys. I knew this track would be the turning point of the show. Hopefully we can cross 3 one of these days.

But thoroughly surprised that Zee is back on top. Is it just based on soaps or did reality shows have anything to do with Zee's position?

Anyways, happy to see PV getting back in the top 10 bracket.

The big jump was surprising to all of us because PV is known to make small/constant increases, not just go up 0.3 points like that, but I am definitely not complaining 😆 And once again the numbers showed that the online and general audience of PV are both completely in sync with what they like and what they don't! Last week we all predicted a decrease because the episodes of the week before were dragging and subpar in quality! But this week I was sure that we were going to go up because last week was extremely good with Aman's entry and the "jealousy" AarYa filled Mumbai flashbacks, and that's exactly what happened, the numbers shot right back up!

And now we all have our fingers crossed that next week we will be crossing again because this is really the most exciting week in PV history, this is the turning point and I am sure it is going to pay well if the first two episodes of the week and all those segments are something to go by!

As for Zee being on top, everything is accounted in GRPs, soaps, weekend shows, realities, all the numbers come together to give the channel its points and this week Zee increased in all its lineups!

Maham, I really do think it is the Mittal's effect. I swear they have done research on the psychology of the viewers. They know how to grab their attention and hold on to it. They plan for the long haul. They don't plan for week to week TRP rises. This whole track has been hard on most of us yet everyday we were back for more. That to me is gripping story telling.

I keep comparing PV to DABH because I use DABH as the yardstick to measure PV's progress. We have a much stronger competition in the same time slot yet we have rarely dipped below 1.5 in our TRPs. The way Mittals work is that they get out all the bad stuff initially in the story and from then on the lead couple grow in strength. I have no doubts that Yash will bring back Aarti and we will from now on see their love openly for each other. They may still take time to confess to each other but their relationship strengthening in love, trust and respect will be obvious to us.
