Well basically those are the Group Ladders - Look at me. I'm An I-F Sizzler with 20700+ Posts

When You join India Forums, You're A Newbie ; Just like you are right now. The More You Post in forums, topics etc etc, your posts will increases. After newbies it's Groupies - you need about 50 Posts for that. And Basically What Thush is trying to say is that Every New Member must try to be at least a Groupie so they don't get counted as MIDS. But It will be even better if y'all continue to post and change colours after a certain amount of posts - In other words, stay active and stay involved into discussions rather than staying silent :)
