For papa Dubey it was a double edge sword, he did this for Aarti's happiness by killing his own son! 😭

This was the moment for me ..both Yash-Aarti together coming out of the room for a new beginning 😳😳😳😳

Isn't it symbolic ..just when Aarti feels she has become orphan again since Dubeys only expect a certain karz from her , Yash is shown knocking at her door and then escorting her to the marriage mandap thus indicating he is her new family 😳😳

All experiences when shared becomes collective awareness of how human situations can be applied to all countries of the world. So marriages like this happen based on a lie or lies. Like the meme where it was shown all babies have the same sleeping habits the world over.

The dress designer of this show must be very happy that all sorts of dresses and clothes are being showcased.

@Mansi: Papa Dubey's iraada was nek but his methods were completely reprehensible and will forever remain that way. There is no excuse for the way in which he cornered Aarti and forced her into this lie much against her will. Now that Aarti has gone through with the wedding, she is in a position of power and since Dubey is all about the calculation, now that Aarti has paid off their ehsaan, she has no further connection to them. I am so glad to see her cold and angry in the precap. She may have gone through with this for the sake of her principles and because living with the thought that she never "repaid" the Dubeys is even harder than living with this lie, but acceptance of the situation and forgiveness are leagues apart and I am so glad they are showing this in Aarti.

After the stunt he pulled, it will take a lot of work for Papa Dubey to get Aarti to trust and respect him. Shobha is slightly better off, but the Dubeys for all their other faults are a rock solid couple and they come as a package deal. So Shobha will have to do just as much to gain Aarti's full trust back after they pulled her moral rug out from under her feet like that.

Actually if we look at the whole Lie fiasco ,we will find nobody is at fault ..
Aarti tried till the last minute to tell the truth to Yash ,but someone or the other either stopped her or interfered in between ..in the end she makes sure Dubeys r not humiliated but she also wants Yash to tell the truth asap 😊
Yash today himself goes to get Aarti to the mandap but before that also asks her to clear out all her issues with him but again bad timing of his family ..Still Yash knows something is bothering Aarti and he will take care of it just how today he made sure there is no daag on her face and wiped it off with his own handkerchief 😳
Dubeys yesterday did all the emotional atyaachar on Aarti for her own good because for them Prashant is dead in real and they want Aarti to accept the same as well so that she can b happy and peaceful in the long run 😳...
So we cannot really point our fingers on anyone today for the Lie because everyone had a good intention 🤔...AarYa were destined to get married and it happened ...

i truly enjoyed the episode today... gurmeet and kratika were wonderful. with their expressions... it was one of those episodes which i not only enjoyed watching once but would want to watch again especially the entire marriage part... completely opposite to my sentiments after yesterday's episode... i love how they elaborated on the entire 7 vachans... i loved the contrast shown between yash's first wedding and this one... also the contrast between the two couples... both the couples looked gorgeous and the sets are so grand! i found all 3 kids really adorable today... the girls looking dubiously at aarti and ansh staking claim on his mom and naye papa... and yay yash smiled at ansh's antics today... and pankaj was really sweet at the way he handled ansh... mr. khanna's 'paraya' comment had me giggling especially at surya pratap scindia's pained expression...
surprisingly i really liked the dance sequences today... they were well choreographed and well executed... all three ladies danced really well... especially rashmi desai who was a total pataka! that 'rukmani' dance had me wishing that i could 'seeti maaro'... that was quite a bold performance... it was quite enjoyable especially in comparison to yesterday's performances which were quite bland and badly choreographed in my opinion...
i'm quite excited now that the real story will start... i can't wait to watch the interactions between yash, aarti and the 3 kids...

@Laxmi: I absolutely loved your perspective on Papa Dubey. I felt much the same after seeing today's episode. Yesterday I was convinced that he was a conniving, selfish and dishonest man but today they totally turned the tables. I really saw that he meant for this never to get out and for that he would also never see his son again. I think he does see Aarti as a daughter, only he does not get the father of the year award. And I agree, such blackmail is pulled most often by the parents. So I feel even by feeling entitled to blackmail Aarti this way, Dubey is giving her the true position of a daughter, however warped that may be.

Your other point about his selfishness actually working out better for Aarti was also interesting. It raises the question that we have long been debating once again. What is the use of being strictly principled when it leads to no progress and nothing good for yourself? Shobha has always been correct in principle but it is Dubey who has made good things happen, though at a compromise.

@All: "The LIE" in this show just made me think of the movie Guru where he never tells her that he married her for dowry and she finds out later. However, this revelation comes at a point when it is no longer relevant because the reasons they got married are overshadowed by what their marriage itself has become. Aishwarya can't really be mad at him, though she tries to be on principle because reality has just overtaken the principle here.

I think something similar will happen in AarYa's case and they will have a fabulous running-jumping hug and go "duniya jeethne" together. 😳

@jyo... 👏 T4s!!!!

Agree!!! Real weddings r full of more tamasha than PV tho its shown dramatic but still the silly issues that become deal breakers in real weddings r shocking!!! In our fami weddings saw ppl complaining of how girl side didnt throw lavish function, how silver plates could b heavier, onetime i saw aunts complaining how MIL didnt wear grand saree n its not representing status well😆 n all these come after scrutiny of kundali😕 n inlaws power play is completely diff topic...this show is nothing compred to thevreal weddings!! we were laughing at last wedding that here comes another wedding & another mahabharat haha!!! Seriously, every1 seem to b on edge at weddings n all r franticlly makng tamasha!!!

@Laxmi :U know too much of headstrong woman can b borring and irritating sometimes ...like u said no character growth in such cases ..let me give u an example of sony show that me and Mansi watch ..its called Dekha ek khwaab where the female lead Manyata is a headstrong jhansi ki rani type girl and u know what ,thats the biggest drawback of the show ...Because the character of Manyata is so over the top loud that we r requesting CVs to plss tone her down as we dont want to see her becoming a fisherwoman now in the name of strong woman 😆...
So these strong woman portrayals in daily soaps can go haywire if not handled maturedly ...
Aarti's character in future can hv a perfect balance where she will b strong when the situation demands but otherwsie she will hv that whole aura of a woman around her ..the softness ..the sharmofying effect ...the nazaakat ...all those things 😳..
@About Dubey ji : Hero or Villain ?? : 😆..I guess in the long run if Aarti and Yash hv a happy married life ,we might thank this same Dubeyji for all the emotional atyaachar he did yesterday and made the marriage happen 😆...what is looking like a sazaa(punishment) for Aarti today with all force ,might tomorrow become mazaa time for her 😆😛 when she will hv a blissful life with Yash 😳😳
