@Z :Yash is more of a silent observer 😎..he might not give lots of explanations or justifications but his actions speak louder than words like how today he gets up from the mandap and goes to fetch Aarti on his own while Scindias kept arguining on who will go inside to get Aarti 😆😆...This indicates even in future Yash's plan of action will always keep Aarti safe and secure and her honour will b protected by him as well 😳

WOnderful job once again PV and AU you guys are excellent...

Once again )#)$($ for dubs...sorry its how i felt...guilting a person into submission is blackmail IMO...

I get that the reason is for a bigger picture and this is a serial where the wedding had to happen so...but i still think its ridiculous to hide such truths from ppl...i get that they wanted to hide it b/c they didnt want the ristha to break before it even happened but htey shoulda told aarti post engagement and let her at LEAST tell yash...he is the one she's gonna spend ther est of her life with...no need to tell the whole fam...and yes i get that dubs and shobz were thinking it wouldnt matter in the long run (personally i dont think dubs thinks into the future he only sees the here and now ti was the same when shobz tried to warn him about hiding the truth from aarti and once again from keeping aarti from tellin yash...he just doesnt realize the long term effects) maybe its b/c hes a guy or hes just dense whtever the reason he's only goal is to get her married...not really thinkin about life post marriage should the truth come out then...i also get that jus as aarti won them over they believe she'll do the same to the sindiyas but still its a very precarious position they have placed their daughter in...

As for todays epi all went pretty much as expected...we could tell that aarti was gonna tell yash when he came to get her...but was only denied b/c of others...and at least we were able tosee taht even Yash realizes that there's something bothering her and is willing to listen...so we know the convo will happen..when who knows..

a lot of foreshadowing in this epi..from AY wedding to PP wedding...to ansh and dadima, etc...

overall a good episode of contrasts, clues for whts to come, and mystery...

all i really wanted to say was...it is obvious that aarti will find the man she has hoped to find since she was orphaned and thought was prashant in yash...he will be her ever constant, her support, her protector, her listener, and eventually her one true love...

Yash will find in aarti not a replacement for Arpita...and not a woman to take care of, or to cherish in the stereotypical way..he will find a woman with whom he can share all of his hardships and pain with, a woman who will be his equal, someone that will stand up for what is right whether its for her kids or for her husband, and someone who will become HIS support and eventaully the one he will see he was MEANT to love...

Yup I hope Aarti tells him the truth on first wedding night itself so that at least Yash will know that Aarti always stands by truth irrespective of the consequences and he will start respecting her more 😳

I reduced quite a bit after baby swap(since nov) but couldnt discontinue it but thank god im over it now😆

In PV so far im most impressed with Yash more than Aarti😛 he has this sophisticated stud look & mannerisms r suttle but expresive also ckt potrayal too Aarti is still bit choppy😕 coz of hidden truths & about past but Yash is composed tho both r confident 😃 i hope Aarti will trust Yash enough to share & not come to conclusions with his silence coz she seems to misunderstand him earlier(esp coz of mansi 😡)!!! no more misundersttandngs, we want to see bonding n trust between 'ArYa' :))

@Arps :I think the lie will not remain for long ..Aarti will tell it to Yash at least ..rest needs to b seen ...she tried her level best before marriage but circumstances were against her ..hopefully she will tell him on first wedding night 😳

@Nitya :Yash is more confident because his past is not so complicated like Aarti's past ...Yash does not hv any bitter experience from his past ..he feels more secure in his past unlike Aarti ...I guess thats Yash comes out more of a sorted person than Aarti 😳

EK VIVAH AISA BHI

(I am only going to talk of our golden couple here. PraDhi's marriage had to be a contrast, so won't dwell on it.)

A beautiful, beautiful wedding...and all that led up to it...the emotions, the pathos, the silence, the soft query, the mute response, the eye convo, the quiet support, and the stoic authority shown and taken...ahhh...so ethereal😍

The Divine Hand Ansh's entering the mandap at quite that moment...two things stared at me: one human, one divine.

Kanyadaan...Aarti's hand over Yash's holding puja flower when this tiny hand comes and covers their hands. This means that along with giving away of his daughter, Dubeyji gave away Ansh too. Ansh was part of the kanyadaan. By this single act, Dubeyji truly gave up the rights of a paternal grandfather.

Now the divine part. Aarti, till then, was full of mental turmoil and pain...carrying the burden of a lie and having been party to a ritual that offered prayers to a dead man, who was very much alive. In this scenario, while kanyadaan is going on, Ansh comes and puts his hand, palm down on Aarti and Yash's joined hands (palms up). Startled, Aarti and Yash look up at the same time. Now, Hindus have a belief, which is that God resides in a child. To me, it looked as if Ansh came and blessed the union. There was a visible change in Aarti as well as Yash following that gesture. For me, that was a momentous instant.

The Reminder Yes, this was their second marriage...yes, they were marrying for their children's sake...yes, they loved their former spouses passionately...but what about the sanctity of marriage?What it entails? What is involved to make it work? Did they give it a thought? No, they didn't. That each phera taken, that each kasam made, that each step taken together was a reminder to both that marriage is more than a compromise. They are in it for lives and for reasons much more profound than assuming roles of the missing parent in each other's children's lives. Each time they fell back into the abyss of memories, they were jolted back to the present and each time the meaning of what was happening that very moment sunk in more. The caring will come naturally...they won't have to consciously work toward it. Yash has already been proactive in this regard...was there a need to clean the smudge left by sindoor? ...You are already quite deep into it, Yashbabu...mano ya na mano.

My Moment of the Day Aarti trying to verbalize her response to Yash's soft query. Her facial contractions...Wow!! Kratika stole it for me there...👏

My Frustration of the Day Dubeyji. He will be the death of me, I swear. Just when I start to go Grrr on him, he becomes all Awww. One day I want to shake him, and the next hug him for his selfless act. Stay still, Dubeyji...your oscillating actions are leaving me all dizzy...

So, that's it. My reflections of the day. Looking forward to the main story line to take off now...Have a nice day😊

Indu loved your description of Ansh giving blessing to the new couple.

Dubeyji, yeah we hated him, he is a weak human like rest of us. Bit selfish but deep down he does love her and knows she is made of such strong principal and mentally so strong that to break her or bend her is not easy.

I loved his portrayal, Shobhaji is selfless, that doesn't mean everyone close to her. He is influenced by her so better human being than most but...

Gayatri's face after last phera was like "Ab aaya pahad ke niche😕" she is obviously gonna create problems for her mostly through Ansh as Aarti can deal with everything thats pointed on her but not Ansh. He is her pride, wonder how will she take that

Yash's standing up to get her was most beautiful and unexpected.

I do hope this secret is not dragged too long, Yash is mature, he will realize her hesitance throughout. I want her to be guilt free to THE guy who she is gonna depend on, before she enters Scindia's house.

And last but all, kudos to Khannas for not making fuss when Aarti delayed the marriage, after all it was their daughters first wedding and they were very cooperative.
