I think it could be Abhi. He would have exchanged the petal by mistake. After a few episodes of blaming everyone, and Vandana and/or Rohan trying to frame Sarita by brainwashing Vikranth, Abhi could "confess" to his dad in a random conversation.

And meanwhile I guess Sarita would be broken if Vikranth trusts Vandana or stays silent on this issue. She would stop defending herself and maybe then Vikranth would think back and repent for his errors. Hopefully that CD gets to him as well by then 😆
