on our favorite couple SaRa
Sarita paced her room anxiously all the while waiting for her husband to arrive home.
It was 3:00 AM in the morning and even by Raj's standard it was pretty late. She heard the sound of motor grunting she rushed towards the window to see her husband raj limping towards the little well in their garden very much like the last time. She ran outside the house and saw him pouring bucket full of ice cold water on himself as if washing away all his sorrows.
the sight clutched sarita's heart she rushed towards him and asked
"What are you doing"
"Letting go of my past" came the reply, he pulled another bucket and poured another load on his head drenching sarita in the process.
"why are you doing this"cried sarita
Raj had no reply for this simple question he simply just stared at her admiring her.
"Lets go in or else you will catch cold, you can tell me inside what happened" said Sarita
she put a arm around waist and he put a his arm around her just like the last night and she carried him to their bed softly.
She brought a first aid box and a mended his wound.Later she got a towel and began to dry his hair, Raj stopped her took the towel in his hand and began drying her.
"tell me what happened" sarita urged him
Raj began his tale
*~*flashback*~*
That very morning Raj came out off the matrimonial site shop and began thinking what the manager told is it possible was he really falling for her, he surely could not imagine a better wife and a better bahu for his madhouse family, but Divya he has always loved her and love happens only once right then why was he feeling all this toward sarita why did he stared at her all the time why was he so protective about her why did he get jealous when rohan touched her,he knew for sure it was not guilt, guilt does not make butterflies run into your stomach whenever she smiles.
Just then his phone rang he answered it
it was one of Divya's friend he said something about Divya leaving for mumbai just like the last time she was going again she was leaving him again.
He jumped on his bike and pedaled hard the bike started he remembered chotu telling him not to harm himself he smiled at the memory and rushed towards airport he ran and searched everywhere just like the last time in the station 10 years ago, he could not find her at last he found her she stared at him and without even a second glance walked away from him and he lost her in the crowd.It was exactly like the last time but know it did not hurt his heart it was his momment of closure he watched her go away and did not stop her from going.
now he knew for sure he didn't love divya anymore for the last 10 years he was just obsessed
about her she was his way out from his mad family but he loved sarita now she was his life she was his love from the moment he tied the knot with sarita all his past life vanished what sarita and he shared was a sacred bond pure bond and it couldn't be broken.
*~*flashback end*~*
"she did it, she left me again" said Raj without any emotion in his voice
Sarita tried to reason with Divya but raj held a finger on her lips
"don't " he whispered "don't try and defend her I don't love her anymore she is my past and I am over her"
he stared at her stared into her soul and saw just pure love in them and he could see his own eyes saying the same thing to her as they were reflected in hers.
"I love you" he confessed softly i think i have always loved you but the past 10 days I have spent with have made me realize the love you held for me over the past 10 years and I am sorry for putting you through this pain you don't deserve it. I want to start over I want to live my entire life with you because I now you will never leave me so tell me sarita will you marry me again"
Sarita cried with happiness and said "yes"
they hugged tightly the love that they could not convey in the past 10 years was now flowing raj pulled away from the hug and cupped sarita's cheeks he wiped away her tears then slowly kissed her forehead sarita closed her eyes and enjoyed the sensation later he moved and kissed her nose a slight blush appeared on her cheeks finally he kissed her on lips, softly sarita kissed back with just as much passion.
and then they lived happily ever after
