Well, since I have turned "spiritual" over the years,
and lost husband as well (no children),
that I look at life with fresh eyes, mind, heart, soul
only after knowing !! WHO AM I, REALLY?
And after umpteen satsangs, internet/TV Geeta pravachans,
love will continue to hurt unless and until
we become dispassionate about it, not too
attached to it. In any case, only true love
is unconditional. Otherwise it cannot be LOVE.
Unconditional love knows only to give, never to take,
complete acceptance and no expectations makes
the two people very light, no room for anger,
anxiety, worries, fear, and a myriad of negative
emotions.
Since each one of us is soul and NOT this body,
there's no separation, hence no fear. And no fear
of death either since that gives rise to all the
other negative emotions.
Constructive, creative, positive thoughts are the direct
result of knowing WHO WE REALLY ARE.
On June 1st I returned from Houston, TX back
to where I live in TX after attending a 4-day intensive
satsang by Anandmurti Gurumaa, 1st time ever.
She was as if an incarnate of Jesus Christ, Buddha,
Kabir, Bulleshah, Lord Krishna & Rama .. all rolled in one ...
The environment at the hotel was electrifying
cuz of so much positivity, all 300 of us smiling, no tension,
free, funny, dancing, intensive yoga, yoga nidra, 2-hr
2 sessions/day for 4 days .. Its not going to be easy,
and it isn't, to even begin to write the experiences.
So instead, true to my musical nature, 2 songs come to mind
