i think she is not rude
but just cares for his son and also his family
tabhi to she said
me apna pati kho chuki hu ab apna beta nahi khougi

she knows that if jaichand comes to know abt this stuff there would be war for sure
thats why she saved her
and also she wanted ki uski pyari betti ki shaddi me koi prob na aye
