Oh dear that's a difficult choice to make coz we haven't seen much abt Somi naa. The serial is completely based on PRC but if u ask my opinion than PRC was a better king than his dad. Maybe he learned most of the things from his dad but still he was better at thinking work coz wen BD was planning to kill somi then PRC was skeptical abt going to that place where Somi sends him b4 his death as PRC thought that it might be a trap but Somi didn't listened to him. So Somi gets 1 point less than PRC here😉

I think as a raja someshwar was better than prithvi, and I don't mean rajat. Maybe because of his young age, and getting so many responsibilities on his head at a very young age.
