Guys there is nothing like this happeneing as far as i know this .

There is no discussion or difference of opinion between channel & Sagars when it comes to changing cast is concerned ,they all agree that RT must be changed,the delay ,discussion etc is all about who should take over the place of the new PRC....hope that clarifies!!!
