That still makes sense , coz this is what it is. - PRC died young. fact.

so most of his adventures are going to be in teenage! Rajat suits the role more than some new wierdo model.

i asked my husband who has never watched the serial, (photos or videos) to just take a guess at the actor's ages.. and he looked at rajat and guessed him to be 17-18 and mugdha to be 20 years old...


ok lets put it this way rajat looks more 17 than angad (or his replacement actor) would do anyday... 😊 I see it this way..itz easy to believe an older person playing tthe role of a younger character than a younger person playing the role of an older character. Most of the ppl still like SRK in a lover boy role in spite of the fact that he has crossed 40.

and as for your other question...

yes i watch this only for rajat-mugdha.😳. got another answer! i am a romantic person by heart😳.. i write romantic stories.. and watch romantic movies.. i get heartbroken when i see sad stories.😭. i was watching it only for these two and will stop when it stops 😭

i dont think the original king PRC was really as great as shown on TV 😕(there are definitely much greater sung/unsung heroes in Indian history) and i dont think the serial is an actual depiction of his life either... so historically it wouldnt make any meaning for me to watch it for information/knowledge purposes.. it would have to be pure entertainment only.. and for me the only entertainment in this serial is these two 😳and his friends 😆 got your answer lashy dear! but i was not pointing out at the knowledge/information point but the understanding of the character.

n then there is no stop until now .. i ve become addicted to this serial n the couple ... so much addicted that i rejected every other serial.....

so i say the main reason for me to watch PRC is the roamnce part the love story ... but at the same time

i also love the fighting sequences and action ....... 😊

Ketaki, my point is not that the show gives right information..coz i know i doznt..but i am talking about understanding the real Prithviraj Chauhan. Surely books have a lot to offer in terms of informaton but in terms of emotion the show has a lot to offer.

as for your point about Rajat n Mugdha looking old..you say that they dont hv to look old for Swayamvar...but my point is that Prithvi

I agree that Sagars can stretch things with a lot of imaginary stuff..so they can do so with Prithvi-Sanyo love story till Sept..n with other adventures too..but if the show has to move on..rajat has to be replaced.

My main reason 4 watching prc is 4 Indian History 😃 i totally love it!!!! 😛

If they introduce the older one now..before the swayamwar..they can so to say start this love story over again..by their misunderstanding getting cleared..they loving each other deeply the way they did + some moti sagar's home cooked masala to stretch...the story...then swayamwar😛

however i wud agree on one aspect sagars did not do a good job by showing all those cosy romantic scenes b/w PRC & MC & then introduce older caste..they shud have stuck to their original story..RT - PRC...brave hero..who kills BD..falls in love ....full stop....all the romance shud have be been avoided😡

N for ur part saying that we get real info from this serial, then i m really sorry that i dont agree. Coz according to Raso, PRC had seven wives n Sanyo was the last one. So according to history Sagars must have shown other 6 wives uptil now too na. Aditi, i aint saying that the show gives rite information..it doznt i know..but it really has portrayed the emotion well..they help in understanding the person Prithviraj Chuahan. So i just watch this serial for entertainment n RT n MC 😉

Now this discussion is taking a turn now.... what sagars want antd hwat they are thinking .. no one is aware of that...... and y r e worrying abt what will sagars do .. n whats their point of view.....when they are not caring abt ours .. its just because of the petitions that they just got melted..
nobody is thinking that if the younger cast fails to show that charm what we used to c, and we want.. then ???????

Now as a caring veiwer we also have to think for sagars in that way also 😉 they are not immatures, they knew what they doing ,. they created and introduced the love story at wrong part....
just because they have seen something in rajat, in the jwala part .. theyintroduced sanyogita at that stage...which is also not according to history....

they should 've shown him getting interested in any other character ... ... in that way .. people can get rid of the younger cast easily.....

But they totally did the opposite ... its not that they were blank and confused that time .. these matters are not done in this way..... the way they are thinking to recast rajat n mugdha for syamvar proves this......

and please people.... dont say that they are not appropraite to play that part ..." they have won yogya jori award .... and their competiors are not the easyones ... neev n prachi , aik chabhi hai parose main couples are also very popular and are way elder than them ...n we all know that k serials are more popular... than others ... ten how come they won that award?????????????

rajat and mugdha are the best to play the swyamvar.............. 😊 .. else is on the makers ... afterall its upto them .. if they intend to change them then the decision will be theirs .....

Yes megha!! i watch it for "the Love story .. but only by Rajjat N Mugdha" n if they do swaymvar then i do wanna related them to the older one but y n how can i relate a broken lovestory to the one played by thje older one ... it will be a completley new love story ...... n whenever i watch it or try to watch it i will remember RT n MC ...... n that will make this serial over for me.....
