I haven't seen Angad in any program yet....but I trust you Lashy😉 ....Rajat is an all rounder, and such an excellent actor that to replace him can be a challenge to any great actor....toh Angad kya chiz hei...well, I don't actually know kya chiz hei ...hmmm 😕

...but I agree with Ashi, I don't want to see Rajat-Prithvi suffering at the end as said in the History....cause I afraid, I won't be able to tolerate that...so, for that let Angad play the role 😊

Rajat is a super actor every1 knows that but Rajat cannot be playing PRC his entire life...he has to move on & so has the story PRC...we will definetly need a new actor, a grown up actor with gud physic..cool biceps..as he will be protraying Prithviraj Chauhan...a brave king / warrior. Rajat i personally don't think will suit the grown character aged 20
Secondly, i don't think that sagar's must have picked up Bedi just like that when a talented actor like Rajat had to give 20 auditions to bag the character it wudn't have been easy for bedi too...moreover ppl give more importance to grown characters than younger ones.

All i am telling is want Rajat to do the Swayamvar part as it will be meaningless to show PRC & Sanyo love story..start.. bloosm & grow...& finally 2 new actors getting married..it just sucks 🤢

But it definetly look forward forward gud actor playing sr. PRC....i wud like to give 1 chance to bedi 😃
Rajat has already proved that he is a brilliant actor so he shudn't be finding any problem in getting better projects, serials, films,videos etc.

sry lashy di but i disagree with u on tht one. we know rajat is a good actor because we have seen him act. but we cant jus presume that angad is not good at it just through his appearance. appearance wise, i think he suits the role of the older PRC perfectly. hes tall and has a well built body and he has even grown his hair. in terms of looking stern and macho, yeah his face does make him look tht way, but tht dusn mean he wont be able to perform romantic and comical scenes. the way he acts out a scene depends on his talent, not his face. rajat has an innocent face, yet he still looks good in action scenes. so why cant angad, having a stern and macho demeanor, look good in romantic and comical scenes? tht is the main challenge actors face these days. sanjay dutt has a stern and macho face, yet he is one of the most comical actors we have in the bollywood industry. so therefore, i dont think we shud judge angad's acting skills before he even starts. the guy deserves a chance yaar. he has been picked out by the sagars, the sagars are not an amateur production company. they have years of experience in hand so if they have chosen angad, he must be worth watching.

btwwww, this does NOT mean im against rajat. i love tht guy. but i jus dun think he'd suit the role of older prc =)

oh and even though he looks like the serious type, hes actually very jokey and laid back. i watched cook na kaho today and i loved his chilled and laid-back attitude.

kai i think you got me entirely wrong.. even in the other thread i was joking about how star plus never allows its actors to age and was trying to imagine the same thing happening to PRC. i definitely know that rajat would not look good playing a 25 year old. but i do think he will look good playing a 17 year old which angad would not

i always said that i wanted rajat and mugdha for the next one year or so and then the new actors would step in for the later phases... i think you got me wrong here!😛

again sonali you have mistaken me.. i never said rajat would suit the role of elder PRC... i am all for making a sensible serial.. all i wanted was for rajat and mugdha to continue playing their parts till the swayamwar itself since PRC was married by 17-18 and rajat suits that role (angad definitely doesnt look like a 18 year old)

as for angad's looks my perception would definitely be different than yours.. in this day and age being tall with biceps is nothing new... everyone has become macho-figure conscious - almost everyone on TV today is tall with biceps 😆 so they could have searched for a better grown up.. angad does not look like a grown-up rajat ... you know what i mean!

PRC was supposed to be a handsome king and angad does not fit the definition of handsome as far as i am concerned.. [and sanjay dutt frankly speaking is enjoyable but his comedy cannot be described as legendary or genius.. he is not versatile.. the munna-circuit chemistry clicked off but sanjay cant enact all shades of emotions].. i am not saying that angad is bad.. i am saying that rajat is too good to replace and that i dont feel angad is a good replacement.. i am sure they could have searched better and done better..

e.g. we had lovely lovely casted Ram with Arun Govil and amazing Krishna with Nitish Bharadwaj.. all people needed to see was one glance of them and they were convinced that they are perfect Rams and Krishnas (this was even before people started watching episodes full fledged).. similarly about rajat.. one glance and he looked perfect junior PRC (even before people started realising his acting talents)

most dont feel the same about Angad [if what i felt was not true can you explain why most of them - 'even those who are not crazily crazy of rajat' feel similarly about angad]😛
