the first time i ever heard about prithvi was in a stupid movie papa kehte hain. the heroine's dad asks the hero to elope with his daughter n the hero (jugal hansraj) says "main koi prithviraj chauhan hoon jo sanyogita ko ghode pe bitha ke bhaga le jaaon". n when i first heard abt the serial, i remembered only this line ke he will elope with sanyogita in a heroic manner.
