Prithvi had really put Mrinal in a trap.Mrinal knows Prithvi knows her feelings for him and had moved the proposal for marriage only after knowing it.But she cannot tell it. Guru Aditya was practical in his approach when he mentioned Prithvi's demand is not something against the set norms.But as he said he can only guide, the king has to take the decision.

This Vikram whom Mrinal wants to trust to destroy Malwa has his eyes on her and he treats her a prey.We all know how direct patriarichy works.Son is the heir to the throne or rather business while the ladies are child bearing machines or the one who should give a heir. But to be frank more than this direct patriarichy the danger is with the indirect patriachy that is practiced by so called strong woman like Mrinal.

What is Tailap's credentials to become a king. Is it because he is a male.If Mrinal is a warrior why cant she rule Manyakhet with her principles, why make her brother a king. Second you punish the heir to the throne, but request the lady to forgive the man who tried to rape her. You cannot read the genuineness of a man, but can easily work with a man who is treating you a door mat to defeat a noble man who respects you. This indirect patriachchy has created the monster called Satyashrey who says Mrinal's kingdom's ulti ginti is shroo. It is true, it wont take long to expose the hypocrisy Manyakhet had practiced. A revengeful nation where each family member has their won agenda. King wants to get his other woman, queen wants to eliminate her. The prince has altogether different plans which are not in line with maryada of manyakhet. The so called maryada which is only spoken not practiced, so he had taken what is practiced. Tailap and Jakkala standing face to face showed the real condition of manyakhet. A philandering king is bringing the kingdom to the brim of destruction.

In this whole mess we see a sweet relation between Vilas and Sulochana, who helps her to meet Prithvi.Vilas the girl with the beautiful smile, whose smile Satyashrey wants to nip, Bhoj is smitten by the very same smile that he forgots to ask her, her name. Interestingly it was a painful Mrinal who had come to Prithvi, a girl with raw wounds. But today the innocent and happy Vilas walked upto his shibir and ended up seeing his nephew. It is not what he does with Mrinal, but if he cant kill the poison in Mrinal, then the smile would be wiped off from Vilas once and forever to suffer a fate worser than Jakkala.

Now coming to Lakshmi.I still cant fathom this woman.She agreed to stay back on Vilas request.She was thankful to Mrinal, but is she straight forward. What game she is playing.I cant say she would simply keep quiet allowing her daughter to burn in fire and I dont think she would have any interest to send her daughter in the hands of the so called lion Jakkala wants Satyashrey to become. Her eyes meant something when Jakkala thanked her. There is really more to her than what meets the eye, else CVs would have never spend so much on that character.

Manyakhet is truly a hypocrite society where people appear to be noble but in reality they have ulterior motives.

I agree that Mrinal's pseudo feminism has created spineless king like Tailap and monster like Satyashrey, the CVs are slowly blurring the line between grey and black.

Sulochana is one intelligent lady. Indirectly she advised Mrinal to think carefully and then act. She deserves better than wasting her life in Manyakheta. I hope she is not poisoned.

I guess the Lakshmi angle is going to remain as is. The producers have a lot in hand. She seems to be after power. Thrice in the earlier episodes she has spoken about the lost glory of the Rashtrakutas. Tailab and Mrinal probably are the Chalukyas who displaced them. Maybe earlier through Vilasvati's marriage she was hoping to control. Now probably she just wants these guys to self destruct.

Thanks for telling that dialogue of Lakshmi. Yes she is looking at these manyakhet ppl self destructing. That explains she doesnt taking any step to stop marriage when Vilas tells she doesnt want to marry Satyashrey and again allows Vilas to be manipulated by Mrinal. She is fagging the fire in Jakkala.
