Gayatri climbed the steps up , her face tensed ...there was a call from hongkong regarding their diamond deal n chandu was nowhere to be seen...she had decided to talk to krishna as apparently his mobile was switched off...n she had just learned from a maid what happened last night... Krishna let that girl in his bed! ... her head spun as she thought of the implications...no wonder his mobile is switched off!... no! ... She must make sure that he sees as as a piece of meat or furniture! ... n the girl! ... the girl must'nt fall for his charms! ... n divulge all their plans under his feet...! She looked at the clock along the wall ahead n gritted her teeth... It was already going to be 8... krishna is a late sleeper ! but the girl should be up by 5, as per the rules for the servants n maids!...the maid had said that the girl had fever , but his lust could care no less... even if he had used her all night , he should have dismissed her the moment he was finished with her!... well, apparently, he wasn't finished with her! , she groaned as she stopped dead in front of his room , hearing a high pitched , yet muffled moan ... Even a fool could recognise what could be it... She started as she heard a mighty crash ... Of some metal hitting the floor... what was happening? ... 'krishna beta... What happened ?' she croaked , knocking on the door...
krishna blinked , even as his mouth continued to make love to hers , the ear-splitting sound of metal hitting the floor disturbing him... He unglued his mouth from hers , his cells screaming at him to ignore the world... he blinked again n found himself over her, her panting, flushed face coming to his view...'krishna...' pratigya panted as she arched up to him , the alien yet curious feeling of something hard rubbing between her legs sending an eerie feeling across her body ... Oh! She looked out of this world, krishna's eyes took in the image greedily even as he felt her fingers on his hair...n the way his name escaped her lips!...n her lips! They looked even more ravishing now! Sore n red...!... the sound of metal hitting the floor registered slowly on her desirous n happy mind...n she snapped opened her eyes , suddenly shocked n shuddering ... their eyes met... he almost latched his mouth on hers again, his hands along her head n hip tightening but stopped short as he heard a sharp knock on the door n ma sahib's voice ... they turned their face in shock towards the door ...n then to look at each other, fire of desire receding from their eyes to be replaced with confusion n shock...
krishna blinked ...what was he doing?... u fool! U lost ur control over her n just proceeded to show her how much u r craving for her!...but ..but...he licked his lips involuntarily , savouring her taste ... he was liking it! No ! loving it!... n then the images from the night came to his mind... he cried ! he ...he took care of her all the night , even without sleeping! ... he looked down at her strangely as he clumsily stood straight , his body protesting... he could understand his mindless desire for her, he had been fighting it all the time!...what he couldn't understand was the kind of panic he felt last night! Why did he cry? Why did he nurse her? N liked what he was doing? ...n then he remembered ! he actually went to the kitchen to fetch haldi for her wounds ! n the umpteen times he had kissed n caressed her last night... not like the hungry way he did now! But...but...in a strange way... n then he remembered her hugging him n crying against his chest...n his earnest promise that he will never leave her side...he staggered back from her panting n tired form on the table, shock assaulting him...what did he do last night? It was far more frightening n shocking than what he did now! ...he blinked n looked at her again , his eyes apprehensive ...she...she was shivering ...no ...sobbing...his hands itched to placate her , but his mind screamed at him...no! don't krishna ! don't let her affect u in these dangerous ways ...ignore her!... yes! He fisted his palms n gritted his teeth in frustration , closing his eyes... he could hear repeated rap on the door as he let out a deep breath...'nothing ...' he grunted out , his voice hoarse ... 'u have a phone from hongkong , krishna ... the shipment is by tonight n they want u to be there for...' came ma sahib's voice n he nodded absently n cut her short...'right! tell chandu to charter a flight! I will be downstairs in 15 mins...' he said, not looking towards the table n turning on his heels towards the bathroom... that's right , ignore her!...n get away from her!... n he needs a cold shower !...
pratigya had blinked in shock as her body still hummed n shivered in the aftermath of his kiss... the sensations running along her body was too alien n yet pleasant...good...but her mind registered what just happened... he kissed her ! she heard her sane part scream in agony even as her heart was dancing in joy...n she shuddered as she realised the thing which rubbed against her abdomen ..no! ...what's she been reduced to? ... she felt him pull away n tears sprung in her eyes , feeling a sense of loss as a part of her pined to pull him to her n the other shook its head at her in disgust... oh ! her mother is suffering like hell n here she is ...sprawled in front of him...on a...on his table... shocked n painful sobs rocked her body as she thought of the situation she landed herself in...she heard ma sahib's voice again , but...as thought from a fog... then she heard his cold voice ... he wasn't even looking at her... wasn't saying anything ...something about what he was doing to her...why he was doing this to her... what he actually wanted from her? ... n worst ...she could feel her heart crying at his rejection ... at his indifference... she heard the bathroom door slam n she sat up , her body shuddering n shivering in sobs, her hands trembling around the rim of the table , her hair all over to her front... she sagged down to the floor , against the table, crying audibly ... mere secs ago she was the most happiest person in the world n now , the most unfortunate , wretched person... whatever renuka said about her was turning out to be cent percent right... she was just a toy for him! ... to be used n thrown away as he pleases... he didn't even think of talking to her about what just happened !... to tell her that he actually meant the kiss! ... n assure that he will do it again! With the same passion!...keep his promise that he will take care of her like last night! ... with love!... pain , raw pain threatened to engulf her as she let out a wail , her hands covering her face... u r a gone case pratigya! She heard her sane part snap at her... stop thinking about him! ... think about only ur mother!... n stop trying to delude urself that he will ever love u! u just saw it urself... he just wanted a heated session n he was all for it but got interrupted n there... he just walks off , leaving u like a piece of furniture !... he didn't even consider u as human!... try to save ur selfrespect , if u have got any BTW, n save ur mother!... she took a deep breath n dabbed her eyes forcefully ... she could hear repeated raps on the door n ma sahib's voice to open the door... she stood up clumsily , her legs still feeling like jelly n stumbled forward ... she caught herself in the mirror n gasped , pain attacking her once again... her eyes were red , from crying n her lips were sore n reddish , from his mind numbing kiss... she turned away , her heart wrenching as she fisted her palms ... she dabbed her eyes again n walked straighter ... she will die ! she will die if she spends even a sec more in his company!... she will tell that ...meera... to phone n tell shailendra that she can't do it!... he can kill her n her mother! ... no! what r u thinking pratigya?... u will let ur sole purpose in ur life die just bec u can't handle him! Just bec u can't handle ur heart being mauled into pulp , u will let ur mother die?... no!... she wrenched open the door to face gayatri ...
gayatri had let out a sigh of relief as she heard him say its nothing ... n she had come straight to the point as he will have to hurry n leave for hongkong... n he said he would be coming downstairs in 15 mints ... n tensed to the core she had been knocking n rapping at the door for the past 2 mints n there was no answer ...may be the girl was dressing ! ... n then she heard a muffled wail ... it was as though the girl was in agony !... the sound was total contrast as to the moan she heard mere minutes ago... what was happening? ... as far as she knows , krishna was never abusive ... nor a maniac!... open the door , girl! she had shouted , afraid if the girl would survive their plan... she stared at pratigya as she opened the door... it looked as though she had cried n...n... well , if her lips were any indication , she had just graduated from her position of maid... superb! krishna had slammed the door of his bathroom shut n bent over his sink , gritting his teeth in frustration... damn! Damn! ... what the hell was he doing all night ? n now! ...his fist slammed over the wall over the sink... he panted , his body screaming for release n his heart screaming for answers ... he paused in his attempt to take the breath in... what? ... it was her! ... the scent! Yes! He inhaled again!... he realised with a jolt that he was in the bathroom where she had just finished bathing! ... perfect! He groaned , the ache getting unbearable... he closed his eyes ... he knew that it had nothing ...absolutely nothing to do with sexual gratification... no! it had everything to do with ...her!... he tried to think... the images flashed past his mind... he didn't really remember how he had ran through the rain ! but he remembered vividly holding her n pleading with her to open her eyes n ...n look at him! pratigya was nearing the kitchen corridor when she saw a maid coming up to her with a tray of food... the maid gave the tray to her , without looking at her , n turned n walked away ... even in her shocked state she could hear her heart warning her ... he told u not to enter beyond that corridor! What were u going to do? To angry him n risk ur mother's life! U fool... ! ... she shuddered n turned to the stairs ... meanwhile chandu was dialing geetha's number , sipping his tea in the garden...geetha, who was on her way to cover some film star's wedding preparations , attended the call, confused to find a new number... 'hello ...i...' chandu began but she cut the call, feeling her heart skip , yet furious... why is he calling me? What? No. The question should be how dare he call me after behaving rudely with me?... chandu felt his heart sank a bit , n yet smiling foolishly as he redialed ... geetha bit her lip as the number flashed again ...no , don't attend! Let him go to hell! ...'hello mr. Chandu ... is this why u wanted my number? To harass me further ?'...she snapped into the phone ... chandu sat straighter in his chair , suddenly feeling embarrassed n guilty ...'er... no miss geetha...i ...I am sorry ...I...' he stuttered , feeling foolish ... geetha felt her heart skip another beat as she tried hard not to smile ...'sorry , i didn't hear u ?' she said , twirling her hair ... chandu sighed ...'I said I am sorry...i shouldn't have behaved in that rude manner with u at the minister's house...' he listened , smiling as he heard her lips part in a smile too... 'so u just realised how bad ur behaviour was n decided to tell sorry?' she asked , mentally kicking herself to stop smiling ... 'well, yes n no... actually i wanted to talk to u...in private ,...' he said , amused as he heard her inhale ... geetha could feel excitement n dread ... oh no! He wants to meet me! Why!... 'er...' she said , taken aback ...'so i will be at ur new office by 11 am... see u ...' chandu cut the call , as he saw ma sahib calling him from the haveli ... ...'what ? 11 am... who r u to decide when i will meet u ...hello...hello...!' geetha shouted into the phone, feeling excited n yet irritated ... she hated him! period!
Pratigya entered his room with the tray ... she kept the tray over the table, images of what just happened there bombarding her ... no! Don't think about it... she started as she heard the bathroom door open n he stepped in , in just a towel around his waist ... she clutched at the table for support , her legs feeling jelly again at the sight of the man she loved ...no! ... u don't love him! ...krishna , his fists clenching automatically , kept his face away as he completely ignored her n went straight to a shelf near his wardrobe... pratigya , who just couldn't prise her eyes off him , watched with a jolt as he opened the shelf to reveal an inner safe ... every thought left her except what she was seeing ... he was about to open it... n she could see the files , atlast... she saw him key in some pin into the digital screen n the safe opened to reveal stacks of files n folders n drives ... she leaned in automatically , her heart beating powerfully ...in fear ...n is relief... at least she saw where the safe is ... now she will have to find out the pin n then the file ...n save her mother! .. n then run away with her mother forever ! ... from him! ... She gulped as she saw him pull out what looked like a small yet lethal laser gun, checking its load... n then she remembered... he will be leaving for hongkong now!... oh no! When will he be back? Will she be allowed to stay in his room till then? ... what if he isn't back in a few days time? Her mother's suffering will be prolonged... n ...n ... then it struck her! ... he is leaving!...she won't be able to see him , for ...some time...even days!... pain wrenched her heart ...
