Agree with Vikram that the Judge was highly disappointing.. 😕

1. All eye witnesses saw that K was holding the iron rod, but Adr died to due someone strangling him with wire / rope... the murder weapon (wire) cannot be found... K did not have it on him or anywhere nearby when he was arrested...

2. Blood stains on Adr shirt did not match K's blood...

3. The only thing that K has against him are the witnesses' statements and K's fingerprints on the rod... which K has explained that he tried to help, after Adr was already killed...

Circumstancial evidence... K should have got the benefit of doubt... 😡
