KST could get out or get bail, because of the PM, but ASY could still argue that KST himself has strangulated the victim, but deliberately confessed to impaling the victim, ( and he can always appeal that the confession was under duress) because he knows victim did not die of impalement. So he is trying to get out of the situation because of the technicality and the pretext that the confession was under duress. Does that make sense 😕

😛 By next week end, KST can get a bail if atleast some evidence submitted in court🤔
