Tam made a call to K before strangling Adarsh (Phone records)

Chandu gives testimony regarding call from Tam from vicinity of bus stand and KC's trip to location, time it takes to get there from where he received the call to crime scene matched against time of Adarsh's death.

A missing chain or something like it at the scene of the crime belonging to Tam

Tam's fingerprints around Adarsh's neck, or those pertaining to the strangulation

The missing chain link somewhere in Adarsh's body/shirt pocket, etc. Could it be a chain Shamu gifted him? Or can Arusia vouch for Tam's ownership of the chain.

All in all next week, Tuesday or Thursday could turn out to be Tam Sweating Bullets Day as he feels the walls closing in. His reaction in the courtroom today was odd as it was, too bad no one was watching him. But his behavior is bound to change as Prats starts snooping or noticing odd behavior from him in the next few days. Then he's mince meat. Shamu will have to eat one huge humble pie.after trusting the killer and hanging on to his every word. GH people are all set to get yet another jatka next week as Tam's duplicity is exposed.

Has K told Prats that he went to the crime scene after he figured out location from background sound only when Tam called him? He had confessed Adarsh was dead when he got there. Time of Tam's call to K, time of P's call to K (Chandu hand't answered enroute to find Adarsh) and time of death could nail Tam.

If Prats hadn't known this before she may get suspicious about Tam esp. if Chandu corroborates the way it played out.

😊What I meant was, before the bail application goes for consideration, ASY could still stall the bail, if he put up the above argument. And the evidence is KST's finger prints, Tanmay and a motive for murder. Indian law and justice is completely dependent on witnesses and evidence. And from what little I know, here perjury does not get as big a punishment as in west.

You have a written a possible scenario that may happen and may be possible because ASY has such a dislike for SS that he may try to twist the evidence and the truth to prevent KST from being released, but I don't think it will work because the judge will have to go with what the evidence is showing and according to the spoilers it seems like Tanmay will be caught soon.
