DESSERTS BANNED AT BREAKFAST PLEASE!
Adarsh happily brings dahi jalebi for his family with his earnings. But Dadi rejects it with her silence. Naina explains she's cooked enough to feed an army for breakfast so dahi jalebi would mar breakfast at the Saxes. For goodness sakes, it's a few pieces of dahi jalebi not a quarter pound steak on their plates! Shamu added insult to injury and tells Adarsh the feast prepared by his Sax women can't be wasted, so he and Komal are welcome to take their dahi jalebi and make a picnic off it in the privacy of their own room. 🤪
NO LONGER A MEMBER OF THE FAMILY?
Adarsh openly confronts Shamu "so you won't eat anything bought with my earnings. Does that mean I have been alienated and not considered a member of this family anymore"? HOWZAT!😲 Valid question.👍🏼😲! But before we could get an answer from a stumped Shamu, the episode ends for the day. It's good to see Adarsh finally beginning to question his idealistic Papa about his principles and sanskaars. Is this the first of the many games of TRUTH or DARE that Shamu and Adarsh will play with each other? Has Komal in any way stirred her sleepy husband to awaken and finally question the hypocrisy that runs in the Sax household? You can bet there is going to be a lot of resistance to the questions that Shamu or Dadi may not have answers to. Adarsh could even get a few facial volleys from Naina Waterfalls. Will POPS finally show the veil being ripped off the Sax family belief system as they are forced to confront their double standards? Now that would definitely be worth a watch! Phew! Now that the low moments are out of the way let's move on!

CARING IS THE ESSENCE OF NURSING ' JEAN WATSON
Krishna is tending to Prats, playing nurse. He looked like he was in the midst of dental surgery while cleaning Prats's pearly whites with rapt attention. He assists her with her sandals so she can use the washroom. He is doing everything he possibly can to make it up to Prats and she seems to be enjoying all the attention.
NURSING IS AN ART, THE FINEST OF FINE ARTS ' FLORENCE NIGHTINGALE
The next day, clad in his mustard 16 chummi wala shirt he coaxes Prats to drink more soup, puts her socks on and adjusts the sheet at her feet so she's comfortable. Who would have thought that Baba was subconsciously learning the art of making beds during his private moments in his room on occasions when he sparred with Prats. He falls asleep in his seat with his head on her bed. Prats wakes up during the night and brushes Krishna's long locks gently with a smile briefly hovering over her lips.
IT IS NOT HOW MUCH YOU DO BUT HOW MUCH LOVE YOU PUT IN THE DOING ' MOTHER TERESA
The following day Krishna is brushing Prats's long ebony tresses when SS clears his throat and alters them that he's about to become kaabab mei haddi😳. He openly acknowledges his awareness that Krishna loves Prats very deeply. Krishna listens in an awkward silence while Prats tries to hide a smile as SS reveals his dreams during his early days of marriage of wanting to braid Takurain's coal tresses and decorate it with flowers but he trembled in those days at the idea of going through with it. He praises Krishna for doing what his father wanted to do but didn't have the courage to do as a young man. Is this a hint that Krishna may yet do many a thing that may fulfill SS's lifelong dreams?
LET'S, HIT THE ROAD JACK!
SS tells Krishna it's time to check Prats out of the hospital on doctor's orders. He turns to Prats "let's head home quickly it's been stark there (without you)". Prats turns to glance at Krishna who looks uncertainly back at Prats. It's nice to see this side of SS, a man with a well of love within him buried under that rough exterior. He is like a marshmallow when it comes to Krishna and his love for his son.
LOCATION: TAKUR NIWAS
DESTROY THE SEEDS OF EVIL OR IT WIL GROW UP TO BE YOUR RUIN.
Kesar is straightening up Prats's room. Kesamma storms in and taunts her for ruining her own life while making things rosy for her devar/devrani. She lectures her on the taking on her role of jetani seriously by focusing on her marriage and reining her husband in so she can rule the Niwas. Kesamma taunts Kesar telling her she's learned how to talk more from Prats but has failed to learn to make her husband dance to her tunes the way Prats has Krishna in the palm of her hands. Kesar is quick to speak up in defense that she's grateful she's alive today thanks to Prats. Kesamma declares "there is no value to a woman's life without a man in it". Ironically Kesamma is the one without her husband with her, the old dude decided to head to the mountains and take sanyas rather than hang out with her. Does that mean she is a woman with no value? Kesar tells her mother to put a lid on her trash talk but stumbles out when who drags her out of the room stopping her finishing her chores in Krishna's room.
LOST IN EACH OTHER'S EYES
Krishna arrives with Prats and SS back at the Niwas. SS calls out to Baba to be careful with Prats in his arms. Sweet! Looks like the Takur has finally come to accept Prats is the love of Krishna's life. Meanwhile the troublemaking Takur KN at the bottom of the stairs watches Krishna descend the stairs with Prats in his arms oblivious of everyone around him, they have eyes only for each other. KN takes a big swig of water, gargles and spits it out.😕 How significant is that act about what might transpire within the family at a future date? Who is KN planning to chew and spit out? Was KN standing outside on purpose to show he cares about Krishna after all but just doesn't want to admit he does? If so, was it a subtle way to show KN in a nicer light? SS stops by his first-born, calls him a dog and the burden of the earth with disgust before he enters his home.
WARDING OFF THE EVIL EYE
Krishna walks in with Prats in his arms and GD says "don't know who's evil eye has cast on our Pratigya" before she does the aarati. Is this a double entendre here about both the heroine and the show itself going through a tough phase recently with their TRPS? GD may need to go for another round of casting off the evil eye every day, the culprit is has just moved into the Niwas at SS's bequest for Kesar's sake. The Takur family welcomes Prats back home with a smile.
IT IS BETTER TO KEEP ONE'S MOUTH SHUT AND BE THOUGHT TO BE A FOOL THAN TO OPEN IT AND RESOLVE ALL DOUBLT - ABRAHAM LINCOLN
SS turns his face away in disgust when Kesamma asks Krishna what'd happen if Prats were incapacitated this way forever. The women of the house look at her in alarm at her audacity to pose such a question. This Takur family as dysfunctional as they are, acknowledge and are sincerely happy to see Krishna a happy man now. Krishna sincerely replies, "I'll always serve her like this, Pratigya will always be like this in my arms". That shut up Kesamma as the women disburse to get on with their chores. SS approaches Kesamma and tells her "one should fill her mouth with cow dung for her talk not ghee and sugar." A very embarrassing moment for the houseguest who seems to be least bothered about it. However, she casts a daring look at SS for insulting her. Is she all set to mastermind her plans to bring the Takurs down or rip them off their wealth?

SS is up late and deep in reflection. Krishna wanders in and SS invites him to squat on his cot. SS emotionally tells Krishna that the whole family was crying along with him at the hospital. He tells Krishna "Don't ever cry again, I just want to see you happy like this always". His eyes brimming with tears he tells Krishna he realizes how deeply he loves Prats.LALLANTOP PERFORMANCE TAKURJI. YOU WIN THE LALLANTOP SAPTARISHI TARON AWARD. 👏

Krishna gets to the point right away👍🏼. He confesses he doesn't want to waste his life this way anymore but wants to start a businesss of his own and earn a living that will make Prats happy. He knows she thinks a lot about him, and he doesn't want to let her down again. A big baby step, but one nonetheless but he takes the first step forward😃.
THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A HELPING HAND AND AN OUTSTRETCHED PALM IS THE TWIST OF THE WRIST - LAURENCE LEAMER
Krishna requests SS to give him a loan that he plans to repay with is earnings right away. He assures SS he is not about to blow his money away either. SS is proud of Krishna for he finally sees the truth in his eyes and his commitment that will surely lead to success. Krishna asks SS to help him one last time for which he'll be very grateful. SS reminds Krishna that all his wealth is for him and KN after all. Hope Kesamma has also drifted into her dreamland and not eavesdropping on the father-son conversations. Once she gets wind of the news she'll start her manipulative games.
WHENEVER A MAN TURNS HE CAN FIND SOMEONE WHO NEEDS HIM ' ALBERT SCHWEITZER
An emotional father, SS tells Krishna "Baba, you don't' know what you mean to me". A very passionate outpouring of love from SS for Krishna and a beautiful poignant and powerful father and son moment! SS and Krishna embrace each other as SS silently cries on his shoulder. How many wet eyes were there today during those moments.
