The Saxenas are getting progressively worse, and i don't think we're meant to think of them as the 'positive' family as compared to the 'negative' thakurs. They are, as is blatantly obvious, a bunch of educated but stupid ppl living in one house who haven't got a clue as to what goes on in the real world. Such narrow mindedness cannot possibly be construed as how an educated family in the 21st century would think/behave.

The paranoid obsessiveness with which they treat adarsh is way over the top, who cries over things such as new tvs, not eating home made lunch?😡

Though the thakurs have more murderous qualites, though uneducated, they at least give kriya a bit of breathing space and don't try to stifle them. Nainaji is in some ways no better than amma with her jealousy towards her daughter in law, but where amma openly criticises prats, naina loads the gun and lets dadi/arushi fire the bullets, so to speak.

I would suggest to the cvs not to make the show unwatchable with these scenes, we get the point that the saxes are a bunch of drips.

Sometimes I wonder what purpose Saxes have...None as far as I see because they are neither inspirational as characters or family and nor do the actors entice any sympathy from their dramas....

The CVs seem hellbent on making them perfect without remorse and without taking any responsibility for their actions...None have admitted that it is because of their stupidity that others suffer...

Why make a huge drama out of every small thing which is so natural between husband and wife..It is not as if they are moving out...It is just a freakin' dinner, for which they were invited to in the end..Also it goes to show how big hearted Komal is when she without throwing any tantrums told the Saxes to get ready fast....

If Dadi was so concerned about the TV [which by the way does not look very old] then she should have spoken her concerns when Adarsh decided to buy the TV and not when Komal was alone and had brought the TV...How dare the Saxes gang up on Komal in front of strangers...No saanskari family would speak to their DIL like that in front of strangers.

It is not Komal who will be to blame if a rift happens but Naina and Dadi who are unable to accept change and see their son move forward in life...Naina is just another Amma but worse IMO because her abuse is so subtle that from a naked eye one can not classify it as abuse, but more as an helpless soul who has a DIL who is unable to understand her pain or family protocol..

Exactly what is the CVs message: Going out with a wife like Komal is a big no, no...But Pratigya is allowed to go out because she has values...

CVs so far have not put any blame on Saxes and dont have faith in them doing in future..In the end Adarsh taking bribes and him separating himself will be blamed on Komal and Takurs...It seems they are immune to any wrongdoings and should be forgiven for all their silly mistakes...

yes ur right did u see whn komal ask 4 tv, they all make a fuss of not having money, and wht about tht selfish arushi how she demand 15000 rupees for her computer course and saxena immediately said tht he will talk 2 adarsh abt money, how ridicules.

now arushi dosent think tht she is wasting her brothers money, her bhabhi,s plasma tv make her family bankrupt and wht abt her 15000 computer course.

Truly they r irritating

If I were to dissect them as a family, I would say the Professorwa has had moments when he has performed well, but they are only a handful....for the rest of the time, outside of his comfort zone of simply behaving "normally" he comes across very freaky and suffering from some sort of ailment!

Nainaji from day one has been a mismatch, but again she is only acceptable when acting "normal" otherwise she is despicable

the Dadi character for me is typical of a nasty ole hag - and she does this pretty well I'd say. Nasty ole hags arent meant to be liked - they are just annoying - so she fulfils this role

I find Adarsh like cardboard - boring and put out to be recycled. He needs to recycle himself

Komal - has flashes of brilliance and I really like her - I think for her unfortunately her role is simply too narrow and though there could be so much more given to her to showcase her ability as an actress she is let down by poor scripts that are content instead to make her look like a buffoon - not good

And finally Arghoosiya....what to say? Her character has been hacked to bits so many times as has AH's acting skills....so nuff said - save that I have no idea what sheis about now but am glad she has been relegated by way of screen time

The Saxes are I think meant to be portrayed as paranoid victims, except there are too many contradictions to make them credible or strong as characters or even as people you for whom you could have empathy.

The are unreal, unliked and, if it werent for the "Adarsh going over to the dark side" track they'd be redundant too.

Do us all a favour CVs - get Adarsh's job transferred to another city and make the family follow - end of - no more Saxes to have to see!

I agree with you. Komal is innocent.

I wouldn't want her to be like Pratigya though. I find Komal to be a better DIL than Pratigya ever was. She has Saxes best interest at heart and I think saxes don't deserve her....they are arrogant people looking down on her because she is unpad and sometimes lacks etiquettes when expressing herself...nothing dramatic though but everything seems to be with saxes *roll eyes*

Without being bossy I think Komal should continue being her blunt self and show them the mirror. I liked it when she gave it to Aarushi telling her 'this is MY house, here is your MAAYKA, don't try to throw your weight here' and then when she told nainaji she is going to watch HER TV in her room.....maybe someday it will finally enter saxes' thick skull and if not then I won't blame her when she will actively take Adarsh on her corner....

star , That is bcoz Dadi is very chaalu . I have seen many cantankerous chaalu old women like her . She shows one ROOP to Komal and one ROOP to Adarsh . She blasted Komal by throwing a tantrum in front of OUTSIDERS and challenged her authority to have a simple object of her choice in that house and pretty much gave her the dominant message..........U DON"T HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO MAKE A SINGLE CHANGE IN THIS HOUSE WITHOUT ASKING US .

When matters reached Adarsh the old hag quickly changed colors . She immediately became the insecure , offended Grandma who had loved him and didn't wanna LOSE HIM . She wept and what not and said JUST LIKE UR THROWING OUT OLD OBJECTS U WON"T THROW OLD PEOPLE OUT TOO WILL U BETA ? And emotionally flustered him .

Thats being a B...h . I can understand a young woman doing this ............using sex , tears and these kind of emotional weapons to subdue and control a man , but DADI ? Omg star , she is SEASONED at that game .

Komal poor thing doesn't know to play GAMES . She is in front of Adarsh exactly what she is in his absence too . She is like Krishna......spoilt and tactless but large hearted and transparent , ekdum SAAF DILWAALI .

Not Dadi Naina and Arushi though . They play GAMES . If u ask MY opinon , Arushi is more spoilt than Komal ANY DAY and that too in a NEGATIVE WAY . Komal's spoilt demands .of occasionally going out shopping with her hubby , eating outside , dressing up , wanting love and sex from hubby .are perfectly natural although presented in a child like manner . Arushi's demands of marrying Aman come what may , marrying and dumping Shakti , now demanding sums for a computer course she simply discarded in the middle for her whims r far more troublesome both to the mind and to the pocket .

Pratigya a living breathing beti got married and left the house, so why can't the 30 year old TV if it's of no use to anyone. Dadi calls it the noise box anyways and winces every time Komal turns it on. Arushi joins her Dadi in giving Komal the cold looks like she'd committed a crime every time she doesn't follow Sax protocol at home.

The minute she returned back to Green house after dumping KN she is suddenly pretending she is still a maiden, innocent and pure at heart. We saw the way she treated Prats and Krishna at the Niwas and put Kesar life on the line, so what's with the innocent goody two shoes act at maike again?

The way Naina reacted about Adarsh not eating her home cooked meal for ONE day....... had her sobbing? It wasn't like he married another girl. Geez! The woman really needs to reflect a lot what with all that time on her hands these days with Komal taking on some of the household chores.
They are like weather vanes, whenever Komal meets their expectations she is rewarded with praise. One small move and they look like she is something the cat dragged in.

That thoroughly spoilt girl from a rich Thakur khandaan , who rolled in silken sheets and ate with golden spoons in her mouth learnt cooking and now cooks breakfast items , lunches and dinners to gain her husband's approval .What does Arushi do except bring badnaami on the family with OPEN BIGAMY ? Shamu is not now climbing walls and rubbing the wagging written rumors with mud ........coz Arushi has imprinted her KARTOOTS on his heart and mind where they cannot be rubbed .So they have cleverly decided to BLOCK it from their minds and pretend as if it NEVER HAPPENED .

All Komal tried to do from day one was HAVE A MARRAIGE . And I would say she did a pretty good job of it .She has come a long way . She tried to dress in such a way that her hubby wud take more interest in her , learnt cooking , defended her hubby and for his sake his family from her maaika's wrath whenever they INVITED it with their nosey self righteous and impractical behaviour . Her character is IMPECCABLE .........its not like Pratigya and Arushi's INFAMOUS ONES . Pratigya for the kidnapping and constant tussles with GUNDAS like Angad that she did like an oversmart and Arushi for running after bIGAMISTS [ Aman and Shakti } . Pratigya and Arushi r famous all over ILLAHABAD due to their stupid kartoots , Komal isn't .

Many people r angry with her for telling Sajjan about Kesar but I am not . She protected HER family , bas . The news was BOUND to leak at some time or the other , everyone knows Sajjan Singh . And she knew her father's wrath . The blackening was obviously not enough for Shamu , he was yearning for MORE , the masochist that he is . Komal constantly told YOU DON"T KNOW THE REPERCUSSIONS of HIDING this . She is not a fool . Kesar's fate was determined , but why shud her entire sasural suffer along with Kesar was her practical thought , and it wasn't wrong . Komal looks after the interests of Adarsh and HER sasural .See how she told Sajjan on the phone ........Dont blame my Father in law ok , he SAVED UR POTA . See how smart she is and how GOOD as a bahu . She practically SAVED Shamu's butt . See how she handled her DAd with exactly the right dialogues . Thats why Sajjan came to meet them in a good mood . It was all due to Komal .........or else this time the blackening wud be on ALL THEIR THOBDAS not just Shamu's .
