Why do the Saxenas always make such an issue and lay guilt trips on Adarsh and Komal when . They try to displace an old KHATARA 30 YEARL OLD TV and buy a Flat screen one as is a simple everyday occurence done by all over the world ? . When they decide to go out to eat dinner one night for a change instead of dining at home ? I mean they sit with SHOCKED SADELA expressions on their faces as if the world has ended , its MAHA PAAP ! .
And the young couple generously tries to include them in everything they do .So whats wrong yaar ?

Why shud the WHOLE KHANDAAN insensitively go with the young couple , so what if Adarsh forced them , cannot they opt out ?

Komal cannot eat non veg in the house .Ok , then watz the problem if she dines out occasionally , whats the big deal with THAT ?

Compared to this Thakurs r better , Krishna takes Pratigya out ALONE each time not once have they told Pratigya U TOO START EATING NON VEG nor do they insist that they have been insulted coz they havent been taken along !

That cantankerous old woman Dadi ........what faaltoo excuses was she giving saying the 30 year old TV is Shamu ka pyaar , so what even the 30 year old underwears bought in that zamana r still being used or what ?Why doesn't someone SHUT that old woman up ?

ALL the time Nainaji insists on ADARSH being her BABY who shud sit and stand at her discretion , eat HER FOOD and go out with DAd and come home with DAD .

Who r the ANPADHS here ..........Saxenas or Thakurs ????

Agree w/ you 95%😆

I believe there was that one occasion when they made P serve them non-veg and Amma does disapprove of K taking P out..............she has said so a couple of times. IIt is Adarsh's job to tell his parents to take a flying leap......................like K does.

But all in all they take it pretty WELL I wud say . They hardly object nowdays to the going out etc , what they object to mainly is Pratigya speaking in their sensitive household matters .like Kesar's baby or Shaktis jailing etc . They dont make issues like these Saxes too over trivialities .......why , Krishna splurged on his Dads credit and brought so many items for Pratigya and not one for them yet their shaking of heads was not as venomous and critical as the Saxes r behaving now .

I am not condoning the bribes etc .thats a different issue , I mean the young couple needs to be happy too , right ? Why shud Adarsh spend ONLY for Arushis studies and not buy a TV ........Arushi who didnt give a damn about HIS reputation in society when she did bigamy so blatantly ? I mean does Arushi CARE when she sets her mind on something ?

Why constantly and meanly refuse to partake of anything Komal brings in the house and tell her GO TO UR ROOM ?Its they who r causing the seperation , not Adarsh Komal !

I hope Komal moves out .

I agree with all you've written. Thakur's really do seem better in this aspect. Saxena's are very backward in their thoughts, like they are living in a past century, while Thakurs seem more progressive.

Notice how it was Sajjan Singh who willingly sent the kids to their honeymoon... if it was upto the Prof, Adarsh and Komal would never have gone.

As far as I've noticed, In this day and age, no one can interfere in a new couples matters, ESP not the siblings. Even Arushi seems very irritating for being so old-fashioned in her thoughts.

I agree about Komal 100%........................Sax's are weenies. I don't understand their attitude either.....................It infuriates me. Nothing to do with education though...............I've seen many in-laws educated or not with the same problems. The parents want to be the most important people in their son's life. I'm not certain yet if that is the angle the cvs are taking or back to the same old crap about Komal being the evil one.It would be nice for them to show buttinski parents who need to be put in their place..................another social issue to tackle.

However, I still think the Thakurs mind their business because K won't allow them to butt in. It is up to that chonch boy to keep his parents out of his business.

Shamu is a SADELA KARELA , for all his jhoothi educated bonhomie he HATES any kind of enjoyment . He was criticizing even the fact that Sajjan sponsored the honeymoon .....mind u TWO of HIS children went PHOKAT on Sajjans expense account .Shamu didnt give a rupee but sat with that sadeli Mom of his and bitched in his educated way .

I just don't understand why the CVs show Saxena's in this way and then expect us to think of them as positive characters? It's always shown as they are good, and Komal is doing EMOTIONAL ATYACHAAR on them! That is what is irritating. 😡

What do you think will happen once Prof finds out Adarsh's promotion is courtesy of SS? Who will get the blame?..... I feel that the whole family will conveniently call SS the bad guy, and say Adarsh got misled, the poor soul

Of course they r gonna blame it all on Sajjan and poor Komal . U were spoilt and u demanded things and drove our Adarsh to this Sadeli Dadi will say , her eyes burning behind those 30 year old specs given by Shamu . Just like they blamed SHAKTI and not ARUSHI for the bigamy . they dismiss off their own by saying GALTI HO GAYI , KYA KARE !

I agree 100% with you. The Saxes are upset over the smallest of things, it's irritating!!!!

Nainaji cried buckets because she thought she'd lost her son because he has not eaten home food and was siding with his wife for ONCE!!! I don't want to see her state the day she'll really loose her precious baby.....Amma has more reasons to cry in this regard and we don't see her with an upset face every day.....

The Saxes are simply rejecting Komal. For all their talk, they don't treat Komal as their own and are constantly rebuking her!!! I was appalled/disgusted by their shocked expression, their incredulity the day Adarsh took Komal's side over Aarushi's....it seems they took it as a betrayal from their son's part

What Komal did wrong? She's always taken their side and protected them (in her own way) from outsiders. She wants to be a part of that family but they're not letting her....For God's sake, she just wanted a TV! She asked her hubby for that. Adarsh gave her permission and bought the TV with his own earning, what is Aarushi's, nainaji's or even dadi's problem with that?! The old TV is there since some 20 - 30 years, so what? Does she want to keep it till her dying day? How ridiculous!!

Well Saxes are a bunch leaving in their own fantasy world and trying to make sense of them is futile....

GD is currently starting to grate on my nerves. Sorry I know that has nothing to do with your thread but just needed to say it
