but i have to slightly disagree with what u wrote about kesar.....................she is a changed women, a women who has started thinking, who has found her voice.....................just look at the way she continuously, adamantly, blatantly said no to SS and amma regarding her stay in TN.........she is a strong women now.................she looked for the first time straight into SS's eyes............now all of a sudden she can't be a super women as she has her limitations...........but there is a positive improvement..............big improvement..................

and the plot is moving forward although in snail pace.............adarsh has turned bad, krishna exhausting his slumbering and lazy self , thus carving a more brighter path ahead of him for his self realization, SS plotting to destroy Pratigya emotionally as he can't hurt K to get her, pratigya finding out that krishna is not always that good at heart, he can be shamefully mean if he chooses to be, GD speaking up(but that's equal to nothing in recent epis)................but yes the plot is moving...........

all other points , especially guruma's part and SS's elections i agree , but krishna's current getup has nothing to do with the acceptance quotient of his character or actor.............men have facial and body hair, that's nature's general rule..............only models/some film stars and some sports men shave their body hair off...............that leaves almost 98% men with the kind of appearance that SS, krishna and sakthi sprouts............and also pratigya is not wrong in expecting him to fing work, if he is uneducated there r several works an uneducated person can do .............he just have to go and do it , squashing his ego..............and i think she is right in not spoon feeding him every thing like do this, don't do that............he must think for himself..............then only he will learn......

I didnt find his questions wrong at all . He likes the good life and he is getting it , so why not ? What did Pratigya expect when she married her STALKER ? That he wud dig on roadsides for her and come in the evenings to give her some twenty rupee old notes showing peeled palms of his hands while she fried pakodas in chiffon saris ?

Kools i totally agree with you. This is my perception one works hard so their kids can get a better life.... SS has worked so his kids can have it all and if Krishna is getting all that on a plate then yes why not.

And yes Pratigya should try and help him find a job, she shoul atleast read the newspapers and find a scetion in job seekers for him, if she cannot physically come out of the house.

My biggest objection to Pratigya's demands about Krishna working is her NON REALISTIC APPROACH to the problem .

You suddenly tell him GO OUT AND EARN ? Huh ? First u UKSOFY him to have a fight with his old DAd who , whatever he is , loves him deeply and never ....mind u , NEVER grudged him his expenses , whatever nonsense he did . He tolerated all his offspring's arrogance , spoilt nonsense . He gave him a grand honeymoon , paid the bills when he splurged on Diwali shoppings and didnt buy a thing for his mother but tons for his wife ........he never asked him to contribute to household expenses till this woman nagged and nagged Krishna and made him take pangas with his parents on this issue when in reality BOTH DIDN"T WANT IT OR MIND IT .

Yes he spoke up finally ....but when ? When , as Amma rightfully and accurately said ...........The AULAAD that he seated lovingly on the TOP of his old head started PEEING on it . U cannot expect to live there , wine and dine at the old guy's expense and turn up ur nose saying its PAAPI MONEY and HELL I DON"T NEED IT . Thats PHOKAT ka ARROGANCE . How about studying the problem and finding a solution ? She didnt do a thing except give faltoo bhashans the full year . Krishna sits stands and pees at her behest , he wud have gone to a night school and studied at her request too . Some trade with Tunna Chandu .something cud have worked out , or a business tHey BOTH cud have done in which she cud have managed the accounts etc and he the trade . She didnt do ANYTHING .

I agree - that she should have and should take measures to educate him - for his own benefit at least. a business for the trio was the best thing - buh even now if SS pays for it then it can still happen. i think this is going to turn out into a big story line - i feel k is going to be really successful.

I just wanted to say a quick thank you for expressing the request in such a friendly manner. much appreciated.

you can rest assured I do not plan on opening another thread (like this or otherwise) in the near future. this was an instinctive response to an update I had read from Tanthya. I wrote my honest and personal impression of the show's performance and character's portrayal. My comments were meant to the production house and not to bash or discomfit any fans of either actor or character. Performances can only improve through blunt critiquing.

As far as the SPA goes, I don't usually keep up with all the awards, there are so many with very little difference in theme or purpose other than their sponsors. I personally believe that any recognition or popularity accorded to a person or a project (like this show) is the result of the quality of its performance and the calibre of its team. I do not believe that a random by-the-by post from someone like me can undo valid efforts of any production house or fan base.

If the show deserves an award I am sure the viewers will ensure that they are considered for it. For your sakes, best of luck to MKAP team.
