If she is pregnant, she should keep it to herself, especially from the Thakurs. that shouldn't be hard for her, this girl can keep secret very well. she always wanted to be a mother this her chance to prove to herself and keep mum.

but biggest problem is komol i hope the doctor does not say anything infront of all. I also hope that she goes back to her parents it time we saw them and lets them deal with ss i want to see a strong family just as bad as ss but they wont beat women
