that lady's question were very hard-hitting, seems like she was critically analyzing the serial

poor actors! they were least prepared for such type of questions all were taken by surprise at some of her questions.PG had no answer when the interviewer asked her about the kidnapping thing Parvati had to come to her rescue!

did u understand PG's eventual rambling answer?

The Qs were hardhitting but they should have been able to answer if they knew their character's motivation....which makes me think they just get a script, read and act without asking 'but why is s/he doing that?'......or it could be they were all just tired. Overall though, the Qs were related to the show.

DG..they were doing the interview jsut for the sake of it. I beleive, I ahve never seen PG n AB so off handed in other interviews

may be as u said,,they were all tired.

and I donno about AB n Ss but I dont thnk PG n PS have any say in the script. they just do wt they are asked to. SS mite give some inputs.. as ofr AB PG herself said in that honeymoon fight most of the contributions from his side..so he may give soem inputs..but I seriously doubt these girls have any say!

Above all PG is still a kid yaar I have rarely seen her giving clear n concise answers to difficult Qs. she just says smth smth n smth. :-)))))))))

i loved the interview and i disagree she should have asked the director or producer of the serial to answer them. i think as actors they do hold responsibility to know thy character the most.

Anupam was the best he could reply them. after that komal knew how to cop with her questions

about the illogical thing, the jounalist meant it is illogical to show that komal is being harsh to her in laws and they do not do anthing to control her in that way they are proving those thinker right who think women should be under men's control otherwise they behave like the way komal is doing

interviewer's questions were relevant it is just that they were more of a serious nature. probably first time for them, that is why they got so confused.

I agree about the actors knowing their own charcters. This really showed that they don't or that either they don't question anything, just act what they were given!😊

yes that is true and i am really disoppointed after knowing that. they should have known atleast about their characters . i really wonder how do they act without knowing the motivation behind their character

Just saw the whole interview - sorry, didn't like it at all. 😡😡😡
Wasted opportunity, like everyone is saying. Anna Vetticad has come out with the same set of questions that media watchers have been saying since Kyunki saas bhi kabhi bahu thi - why the loud clothes, why these regressive attitudes, why is everything in your kind of soaps so flashy, why are people so bad, what about women's empowerment....

It was disappointing to see the same derisive attitude all over again. She simply didn't respect what they do.

Of course, we know that
1) Decked up because this is an Indian soap going out five days a week and people need to see somehting glittery apart from all the drama.
2) Attitudes are not regessive if you'll bother to watch the serial instead of doing a quick one-day research.
3) People like the Thakurs are negative because those are the attitudes being targetted.
4) Pratigya is pretty darn empowering - she's a fairly inspirational character who is courageous and brave - not a doormat by any standards.

She asked Pooja: why did your character feel the need to explain her purity to her husband. It felt bad to see the actors flounder for an answer. This is a daily soap, for heaven's sake - there is a complex story and the answer is very long - bet Anna doesn't have the time to listen. 😕

Anyway, I feel for the CVs and the actors. Imagine how Pratigya is lambasted on this forum for merely possessing a spine and a voice - she's accused of being tactless, undiplomatic, a fool, a self righteous idiot, an unfeeling wife, a homebreaker who deserves all manner of bad evil things happen to her. On the other hand, people like this interviewer criticising the character for being human, for being conflicted, for putting her husband's very genuine feelings above a bald feministic stand.
Anyway, between the two extremes I suppose the character is doing alright. 😛😛You can never please everyone.

Parting shot: do I want to see Pratigya in a COTTON nightie every time there's a night scene!? 🤢🤢 Yuck no - so slovenly. I like her sweet sarees and plain jewellry. 😊

No problem at all Pragati😊....In fact I myself was waiting for it like crazy and when I found it, it isnt accessible in my country...so I am waiting for a kind soul to UL it on YT or DM😕....Arhaan is there in the interview but from the comments from all the people, it seems like he didnt say much😕
