Sandeep29 well put.The way the CVs are taking the show in the name of showing what women put up with or have to put up with is appalingly hindi film like and in complete contradiction to the original focus of the serial when it began. The character of Pratigya is being diluted a lot in the name of her falling in love with Krishna the root cause of many humiliations. A silent yet strong level-headed fighter that she is has been reduced to a simpering and diabetic sweet filmy heroine without logic or sense. A girl who was promoted in the serial as one who could understand the person in front of her by their body language is shown as one who can't understand what is happening to her younger sister under the roof of her in-laws. 😲
This dilution of her character is extremely irritating as it is against her very nature. A fire brand who got Krishna's complete attention all because she said no and meant it sent shock waves through Krishna(there was a human being who said no to him.Even now she doesn't know where and when Krishna saw her and fell in love.Krishna still says that she had seen him and she rightly tells no as no girl can recognise a boy wearing a helmet and meets her on the streets for the first and only time!).😉
Instead of concentrating on all these loop holes the serial makers are busy trying to make Arushi the lead fighter when she is just a younger sister who is jealous of her elder sis all because she got the chance to study out of the home staying in a hostel.😔 Truth being she can't manage herself out of home .She is the spoilt one in the Saxena's household one and second she thrives only on competition. These facts doesn't mean she does not love her elder sis, but these feelings too are there. The serial makers who can concentrate on these little details will keep the original nature of the characters they began with and which made the serial popular rather than diluting characters and making the viewers feel let down.
I thankyou all for the patience you had while reading this post.
