According to me if she did any of these things he would simply lable them a nautanki and for now it's best they communicate before she shares her feelings as well because for him to believe anything she says now she will have to prove her feelings for him are pure and not due to guilt for his current condition.
the C of M should be mutual that would be the best for their relationship she should not have to nor should she prove her chastity to him because that would be like accepting his false accusations when she has done nothing wrong.
