How is it possible?!

How can Krishna lose his memory from a snake bite?😲 It just doesn't make any sense! and if he loved Pratigya as much as he said he did then he would never have forgotten her under any circumstances.😕 This is just too disappointing! I never thought I would say this about this show because I thought it was different but they are just copying other serials where characters had lost their memory.
