I am not quite prepared to accept that Krishna is sooo distraught and sooo obsessed over thoughts of Pratigya's innocence (or lack of innocence). The way he cleaned the charcoal off of Pratigya's face and apologized to her father makes me think that part of the reason that he is so broken is that he is haunted over the fact that he wasn't there to protect and defend Pratigya (as he always does no matter what the circumstance) when Angaad kidnapped her and that didn't know and could not avenge what happened to her. Earlier in the series he was tortured to the point of hurting himself after he slapped her despite the fact that she had humiliated him and his family and publicly bashed his manhood.

"Great mind, think alike'..😊. I put that down a while ago, that some of his anger and shock is due to his failing to protect her. As you said he wasn't there and he is enough of a 'mard' that he will think he should have been there, especially during that time he was following her around. I also agree, he would want to pummel Angad to the death so frustration and need for retailiation is also mixed up there as well.

I think he will get around to that, once he deals with his anger and hurt over her duplicity. There is also a lot of crushing disappointment and presumptions that he has to work out as well....

Exactly! Even him standing at the Jhusi site today looking with vacant eyes? He went there with a gun in his hand after he left the courtroom too. He is bound to remember that this it was Angad who had asked him to kidnap Prats for revenge the first time around but destiny stepped in and he met this soulmate Prats. He again knew Angad chased her the time he returned her dupatta. So there is some guilt and grief involved in his failure to protect Prats bec' he should have known Angad was never got over his need for revenge against Prats. Did he find out about Nitin's beating too? Don't recall that one.Don't want to rewatch a miserable Baba right now. Maybe when he is happy again will go catch up on those scenes.

yes this has crossed my mind as well that perhaps he is more angry at angad and his audacity to mess around with his girl--his in laws-- it is a slap on his manhood and the fact that his wife hid it from him is killing wen he knos that he culd have handled the angad factor far better than them ! with angad gone he is feeling helpless as he cant punch back---i wunder why he hasnt headed for the two sideys yet--lucky and jugnu

my thoughts exactly. even I have been thinking along the same lines. apparently Krishna blames himself for not having been there to protect her .

i was thinking the same, im sure many of us were, iv mentioned it a few times as well...that he felt guilty that he wasnt there to protect Pratigya because he always has done that for her

nice thought!!!! i do believe that that krish is a really good husband 👏 he is hurt but is still trying to make things good 4 pratz. this really shows that he z passed that stage of SELF-LOVE 😉 i can relate to all that he is going through n all that he z doing. its a reaction 4m a husband who is madly in love with his wife 😊

I think that they are trying to show krishna with a whole bundle of emotions. all feeding off each other, he is hurting big time at the thought that he is not her trusted confidante, he is also upset that he is not as omnipresent in her life as he thought he was, he is emasculated by the public humiliation and his family taunts.

multiple multiple emotions all attacking his perception of reality and his image or illusion of his wife, his marriage and his relationship (however tenuous or undefined) with his other half.

his reaction - the dejection, teh shock, the hurt, the controlled aggression the numbness was perfect to portray all the above emotions, HOWEVER, i don't hink they should drag the depressed krishna stage too far. one day or two is fine. but any more will eb a far deviation from his character sketch and will not be believable by his fans and viewers.

I understand they need to show he is missing in action because of azadi live but tey should not abuse the efffect they have created.

krishna is a fighter not a quitter. yes he has been blind sided with his wife's public revelation but after a period of shock and numbess, he needs to wake up and display the inherent aggression, passion and boldness we love. he is not the suicidal depressive type so showing him as such will totally ruin it for krishna fans after such a powerpacked and believable perforamnce last week
