HOW was Prof proved innocent?!

What a load of cr.. they showed today! How exactly did Pratigya's confession prove that the Prof was innocent? I mean, just because Angad had kidnapped Prats earlier, it means the Prof didn't murder Angad and he just slipped? Does that EVEN make sense????? 😕😡 I, for one, have become highly confused by this.... does this ever happen in real life? Meaning u blackmail me, so I can legally never be caught for killing you?

What had to be proved in court was how Angad slipped and Prof couldn't hold him, yet the excuse was given, that Prof was being blackmailed and then Angad slipped and Prof couldn't hold him. 😕

Doesn't this excuse of being blackmailed give Prof ALL THE MORE reason to deliberately LET GO of Angad's hand? And what kind of a dense judge is this?

Also, Prats said it wrong, Angad Yadav did not ask the Prof to come to the cliff place with the money. Infact, Angad had called the Prof to taunt him and scare him, and Shyamji HIMSELF asked Angad to meet him! Conveniently, the whole family is good at lying. 😡

LOL, and they were thanking Aman Mathur in the end for all his "Hard Work"..... really? What I noticed was that Aman didn't do anything! He was easily losing the case till Prats spoke up. I would have liked Aman to have a more Dumdaar trial.... currently it was the prosecution which impressed me more!

Am scared at the end though, Poor Krish, he didn't deserve this 😭 I really hope he doesn't harm himself... anybody else and I wouldn't mind so much 😆 Wonder what's going to happen now?

This entire case and nautanki was just so that the kidnapping secret could come out in a melodramatic manner... now that its out case bhi khatam! 🤪 .. this was the most stupidest track ever!!! 🤪

elle45 you make the point well. the court scene is certainly very dumb. No cross questions or introducing the daughter and the connection with the dead person.
kya producer aur director ko Ektaa Kapoor ka bimaari lag gaya hai kya?

The entire courtroom drama was so the kidnapping secret could come out.....why they even bothered charging the Proff and then doing this whole thing, is beyond me..!!....They might as well have charged Pratigya for being Kidnapped...that would have made more sense because all she did was say that and the whole case was won!!.........being a real life officer of the law (lawyer), I wish I had cases like this ...no reasons, ryme or sense!!!👏😆

Ohhhhh poor Krish........he loves her so much...maybe too much for his own good.....😭

Big time agree. I was thinking to myself how come they did not question Pratigya whether she is making up her "kidnapping story or not." There was no proof of her telling the truth. Also just coz someone is kidnapped does not justify murder. And kidnapping Pratigya and blackmailing her that would be an incentive to kill Angad, but here the opposite was shown. Also I thought the jury decided who is guilty or not unless in India it is different?! 😕😕

I too was wondering why Aman was getting the credit, he practically did nothing and infact worsened (I know that is not a word lol) the case by calling up Ardash, if it were not for Prats he would of L.O.S.T. He was so crap I would want a refund!

Finally what I do not get is why did Shyam ji confess in the FIRST PLACE? the secret still got out but this time he paid for it. Not only has potentially Prats marriage life been ruined, more people know about the kidnapping now, the family had to PAY the futile lawyer (they not exactly rich so you know financial cost here) and also Shyam ji will always have that on his record now, so he has kinda tarnished his rep now when it will come to jobs/loans/banking whatever.

Really it was really dumb.... Here I was thinking the actual court case will now start... Now the hotshot lawyer Aman will speak up (kuch nahin toh Objection hee bol deta!😆)... But the court case ended even before we could muster up some excitement! It was as if they were fighting over a stolen lollipop rather than a murder! 😕

There was no cross-questioning, we didn't even get to hear what Angad's friends said 😔 But I guess ur right AlmostHonest, it was all meant exclusively so that Krishna gets to know the truth. Nothing else. Useless track! 😡 I had been hoping there would a realistic touch to it. And Shyamji has suddenly forgotten that he really DID let go of Angad'd hand! AAAAAAArghhhh!!! I feel like screaming, what an illogical ending!

@ Dreamygal.... You must be laughing all the way then 😆, just thinking how none of this makes sense! Being a lawyer, have you ever seen anyone win a case like Aman Mathur did, by being quiet the whole time? 😆

Even ekta kapoor courts scenes are more realistic than wht we got to see!!

Firstly, wht is the proof that angadwa is dead???

no references of his dead body or any trace of blood found on the death scene!!!

If they found the body they would know that he was beaten up before falling of the cliff

Secondly, why was Adrash not questiones for beating up Angad and taking law in his hands! How come the police all this while failed to inspect the murder scene and find evidence of brutal flight, blood stains!!!

thirdly, on what basis did the police believe that shyamji had indeed murdered Angad??? Where is the murder weapon, now angad won't stand at the edge of the cliff and ask shyam to push him!!!

Forthly, Why wasn't Arushi's issue opened - how he was eyeing her and forced sucksanas to either pay the money or get ariushi married off to angad!!

Fifth, on what basis can the court believe Prats' kidnapping story and Adrash's story! Where is the evidence???

and the most hilarious and irritating moment - sucksanas thanking aman for his 'hard work'!!! Wht exactly did he do besides saying "i object'!!!

The other criminal lawyer was far better and seemed realistic!!

The most important dialogues were mute, only pratigya - the great confession was revealed!!

Now, what was the whole point of the professor going behind bars making such a scene when the truth had come out!!!

i agree with you all, this track was brought up to reveal prats' kidnapping truth out in dramatic way!

sorry for going off track, why is SS so kool with prats, doesn't he want to win the election by hook or crook!!! I expected SS to make things worse for Prats' in the courtroom!!

I don't think there is a jury system in India, It's all upto the judge. Thankfully in real life, they're not as thick-headed as the judge in this case.

The Saxena's don't have any money to pay the lawyer, they never talked about it and he never asked. Either he's working Pro Bono or his payment will be in the form of Arushi getting married to him in the future. 😆

Shyamji was just being dumb when he confessed in the first place... he should have realized the truth will come out eventually. Anyway, his motives for confessing were never pure.... they were selfish. He never confessed coz he was feeling guilty for murdering Angad, he confessed coz he wanted to HIDE THE TRUTH. Well, all his "sacrifices" have gone to waste. 😆 And now his reputation is tarnished.... but I won't be surprised if he gets his job back easily.... all his colleagues will say "Hummay aap ki sachai pay poora bharosa hai!" 🤣 But in real life, once ur considered as a murderer, you're pretty much seen as suspicious everywhere.
