I have this boy who continues to calls my daughter continously, he has tried to call at midnight and when he see her with anyone else he starts to push them. His parents know about what do i do?

a joke my friends son is 2 years old he loves my daughter, he gets his parents up at midnight so he can come and see her its cute and funny. (in krishnas case he probably started young as well thats why he failed 5th grade) stalking the teacher
